Kid-friendly vacation rentals in St Davids

What an amazing place! This is something special. It is a beautiful thought out structure with spectacular furnishings and such a well designed space. Underfloor heating! That is a first for me and my partner and I loved it. The hosts kept the rustic look alive in how they designed it and even had a thatched roof!. Outside the cottage is a world of summer flowers, carefully attended by the older lady who lived in the adjoining cottage. Of course the hot tub and sauna were a great addition. I loved that they did not spare expense with the furnishings from the well designed dish drip tray to the fancy fan in the bedroom. We wish we could have spent more time here as after a few days travelling we spent one of our days lounging in the hot tub with a glass of champagne whilst listening to the constant bird chorus and watching the horses saunter around in adjoining fields. Had another great stay. We were so lucky with the weather too. Our dog loved sunning himself in the garden. The house is only a short drive from St David's, and well placed to all beaches in the area. Will definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Completely renovated kitchen. We had a lovely sunset walk on the beach. We used taxis and recommend having a car. Spectacular location right on the beach. The caravan park was very well kept and check-in was a breeze. We would stay again and highly recommend Julie's wonderful sea cabin.

Sarah's place was cozy, with lots of room, a well equipped kitchen, lovely back yard (even though I didn't use it due to the weather). It was easy walk to all the stores, restaurants/pubs, etc. I'd stay here again!

Was fabulous just right for the two of us and everything provided that we needed plus few extras like milk etc that was so handy Will be looking to come back next year Many thanks also for letting us know was available to check in couple of hours early and no extra charge which was really appreciated

Our party was four adults, one being disabled and due to this sleeping arrangements have always been a problem has we needed a twin room and this was not a problem for gill, the upstairs double was split into two singles if I could climb the stairs, if not there was a double on the ground floor with en-suite so it was wife up me down👍 The utility was constantly warm so no more damp towels, and plenty of hanging space for clothes. The kitchen had everything you would need along with a welcome pack from gill. Recycling waste was a bit confusing but gill was on hand to help sort it out🤔. If I was to be a bit picky the bedrooms didn’t have a telly and no radio or Alexa in the main room, I think this is a preference of the host some do some don’t, but not a problem😊. We had a lovely 5days with plenty to do. Has for eating the jolly sailor does a wide range of food and is local, there is also Bella Roma in Haverfordwest a lovely meal but do book. Coppet Hall beach and Saundersfoot a must.

we only stayed 1 day - arrived 5pm and left 9am next morning so didnt use it for anything more than a bed for the night and a shower. seems a nice little place, was clean and as described. was small but had everything you need. Fran was friendly and easy to communicate with.

Liz was a fantastic host and so welcoming. The flat is clean, compact and cosy and just what I needed. The little extras such as a folder with all the info on the local area, toiletries and the welcome milk and Welsh cakes were so thoughtful and kind. cannot fault Liz or the flat and would highly recommend

Beautiful apartment with stunning sea views! The apartment is situated in a lovely and peaceful location, with only a 5 minute walk down to the beach. It was great to wake up every morning to the view of Langland Bay and the sounds of the sea, we even spotted seals in the bay! There is a lovely coastal walk to Caswell Bay and Three Cliffs Bay and Mumbles is literally a 5 minute drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return - sad to leave!

We had such a lovely stay in the flat with our two dogs - we all felt right at home and the bed was so comfortable. The views were outstanding and location was perfect for enjoying some coastal walks, with lovely beaches within short driving distance. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

Sheila was a very helpful and welcoming. We felt right at home and comfortable. The weather was a little chilly so the heating was put on to make our stay cosy and comfortable. The views and the Alpacas outside of our window were a joy to see. Sheila is a great host, very kind and caring with nothing too much trouble.

I booked Joanne’s place for a work trip which unfortunately ended up cancelled at the last minute. Nonetheless, Joanne was very understanding of the situation and responded quickly. We received all the info we needed way in advance and the check in process was very straight forward. Will definitely look to book again for the next trip!

We’ve just returned from our 2 night stay! We absolutely love Tenby and have never stayed in anything other than a bed & breakfast so this was a change for us but we loved it! The apartment was smack bang in the middle of all the amenities, the closest we’ve ever stayed to anything ! It was super easy to get to, and check in! The apartment looked just as described, was super clean, and spacious! The smell of the bakery in the morning was stunning! The only down side was that we prepared ourselves for the odd bump from the bakery kitchen (which is literally just below you) but was awoken at 6am with loud chatter and items being dropped. We also felt that the accommodation lacked a couple of essentials such as there was pans but no oil, and there was an oven but no oven tray. So we had to buy oil to cook anything. I wouldn’t mark this place down though as this was very minor things compared to how fantastic the rest of the accommodation was! Thank you for accommodating us ☺️!

We really loved our stay at “The Keep”. Had everything we needed along with a lovely welcome hamper that was very much enjoyed! Great recommendations of what to do and where to go locally! Great location to explore Pembroke! Really attentive hosts! We hope to come back one day. Thank you!

I loved the decor, it was so peaceful, I loved looking at the view from the balcony and that the fact it's walkable to the beach (although a steep hill and several floors of steps - good for keeping fit!) Perfect place for a couple wanting to explore the wonderful Tenby. We parked In Sainsbury’s multi-story long stay - £6 a day £30 a week. Seek out Nelson’s Walk (daytimes only) excellent shortcut. Charlotte left a helpful guide to local restaurants which we used to great advantage. If you don’t want to prepare breakfast go opposite at 9am and sit on the balcony, amazing views and fab breakfast and coffee (best coffee in town). Flat is clean & comfortable. No welcome pack, apart from washing up liquid; liquid soap; spare loo rolls & 2 nice tea towels so take everything you need, although Sainsbury’s is nearby. Charlotte gives clear instructions re getting in. We arrived on a Saturday and it was SO BUSY, we drove past the flat then straight to car park and walked our stuff over. Got the last parking place on the top floor in car park then moved the car down the next day. Had a wonderful 4 night and walked plenty. Lots of benches for rest and people watching. We would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely apartment in a great neighbourhood. Steepish hill walk in (and out) of Saundersfoot but manageable and there is a harbour car park if you are less able and there is a bus service. Try to book in advance for restaurants as some are very popular. Well equipped property with parking and lovely feel about it. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay and found it a great place to rest and relax. it was great that we could walk to some wonderful restaurants and easy to drive to gorgeous coast lines. perfect for what we were looking for. accommodation was quirky and stylish. full of everything you need.

An outstanding property with incredible views. Ros could not have been more helpful - answering enquiries and going so far as to call on our departure. Tenby was looking at its best - such a beautiful town. The views over North Beach to the harbour. Absolutely worth every penny.

The house was clean and well arranged. My daughter loved the toys in the house. We totally enjoyed the stay .The location was great. Tesco and restaurants near by.

Having stay in different accommodation in the area on previous visits, we were looking for a bit more space than a regular hotel now we have a toddler and we are so glad we found this place. It did not disappoint. The space was extremely clean and pleasant. The host left clear instructions for check-in. We didn’t spend long in the accommodation as we were out exploring and visiting family, but we really appreciated the personal touches like the tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. Lots provided in the kitchen and the bathroom was well-equipped too. We wished we had not had brought so much ourselves. Overall, a lovely stay and we will certainly be booking it again in the future. We have already recommended it to lots of our friends and family. Thank you very much!
