Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in St. Augustine Beach

We had an excellent time! The condo was super easy to access and it was a quick 5 min walk to the beach. We also loved being just 10-15 mins out from the main town for night time activities. There were plenty of breakfast and lunch spots locally which was also super convenient. Our host was very responsive and friendly! Overall we would highly recommend and will likely return in the future!!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Our stay was great! It was like staying at a mini resort. There were great amenities at the complex, great location near downtown and beaches, the little touches and thoughtfulness in the apartment was so nice too! Phillip was very responsive about a small issue. We would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was really clean on arrival. Everything you could possibly need to spend time on the beach was available (chairs, umbrella, cart, canopy, etc.). Little extras in the bathroom like makeup remover, toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, and soap. Michael provided plenty of information for things to do in the area. To get to the beach, we just had to walk out the back of the condo and across a bridge over the dunes. The temperature in the pool was perfect. Every person we encountered was also nice. Michael was always quick to respond to messages. We really have no complaints, and enjoyed the 5 days we were there.

PERFECT LOCATION!!! The condo is right up front, with ocean views from the balcony. Easy walk to numerous restaurants, ice cream, coffee & shops. Located right across the street from the pier. Even with eight family members, the place felt very roomy with the additional ceiling height of the top floor. Marty was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

Valery demonstrated her hospitality from the very moment of my booking. With details from the check in to check out, the kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were impeccable and fully equipped for our stay with our two kids. Would recommend it to anyone visiting St. Aug!

We love this Oceanside condo community and have stayed at various rentals dozens of times. Todd’s place was comfy and well equipped with beach chairs, toys for the kids, and a small bag for taking ice and soft drinks to the beach. Condo has two very large flat screen smart TVs. Well stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry. Todd was a gracious and responsive host. Great value. We will be back.

We would definitely stay here again. Emmily was very responsive. The accommodations were very nice and the amenities at the complex (pool , gym and clubhouse) are fantastic.

Great condo for wife and I and 2 teenage girls in St Augustine for BBall Camp at Flagler. About 15 min away from downtown but a straight shot. Really liked the Donut and Australian Coffee Places

Nicki’s place was a perfect, peaceful and private getaway for my husband and I. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Close to a Publix and quick bites. Only a 25 minute drive to historic St. Augustine, and 35 minutes to the beach. We felt safe in the gated community and enjoyed the pool/hot tub.

We had a great time - family came to visit in twos and loved all the amenities. The condo was in a great location with views of the ocean (and turtles in the dunes). We were close to the pool, hot tub and grill. The beach is close - and beautiful. The condo was well-stocked and our hosts were very responsive when we contacted them with a question.

We had a wonderful stay! We are a big family with a wide range of ages in our children (5-18 years old) and this condo was able to accommodate everyone nicely! We enjoyed the beach provisions on hand. The kitchen was well equipped and we had Walmart deliver quickly. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and both were easy to access. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone wanting to see St Augustine.

Our family of four had a wonderful experience. The condo was exactly as pictured; very cozy and we felt right at home. The small details are super important so the beach wagon, toys, extra beach towels, toilet paper, etc made it that much easier to relax. The pool is just steps from the condo and the beach a few short minutes away. (We spotted 2 turtles, a bunny, and plenty of lizards during these walks which the kids loved.) There are a few restaurants nearby which was great, my only frustration being that the parking lot is small and they were often busy. It is walkable but there are no sidewalks and it’s a bit further than my kids wanted to go in the heat. (Coffee shop & Seafood kitchen were our favorites.) Location was great! We thought our particular area was quiet and not super crowded. Besides parking, traffic was minimal and everything within a 15 minute drive! And of course the beach was phenomenal. Lots of shelling and fish to entertain the kids. Sooo much to explore,

I was truly impressed by how lovely this place was. The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. I especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, the large cozy bed, and the beautiful view. The only small issue I encountered—if you could even call it that—was that I had originally been looking for something closer to the beach. Although the listing is in St. Augustine, it's actually about 13 miles from the coast. I didn't realize this at first, and by the time I did, I would have only received a partial refund if I had canceled. To be fair, I never reached out to ask about a full refund—it's entirely possible the host would have been accommodating. For the price I paid, I felt the unit was a great value. I paid less and got more amenities than if I had stayed closer to the beach. In the end, I’m glad I didn’t cancel. The stay ended up being wonderful and worked out even better than expected. I am happy I stayed here.

Great place, clean and comfortable. Very responsive hosts and walkable sorroundings. Don't even have to leave the condominium to enjoy yourself! Will stay here again!

Michael's place exceeded our expectations. The condo was sparkling clean and had everything we needed for a week with two kids including beach chairs and beach towels. Michael was a great communicator and we are looking forward to returning. The complex itself is one of the nicer ones on the island according to some nice owners we talked to on the beach- they said it is much better maintained than many others, quiet, and very safe. The complex is close to everything we needed. All the pools were beautiful but the heated indoor/outdoor pool was absolutely wonderful for us and our kids- the temperature was perfect for April and the hot tubs with every pool was a perk. The beach was a super convenient 2-3 minute walk. People at the complex were quiet and respectful and it was a nice blend of families, couples, and retired people. I have already sent a link of the condo to my brother and a friend because it was truly the easiest and most relaxing vacation. Thanks so much!

I reached out to David when we were in a tough place trying to find a condo, and he was the answer to an unspoken prayer. Every year we travel to St. Augustine to honor our baby girl we lost at 32.5 weeks by celebrating her birthday and making new memories with our family at the beach. David has created an inviting space with this condo of his, that far exceeded our expectations. His screened in patio provided an extension to our memory making as our girls would safely sit out there for hours in the rocking chair taking it all in. It was also great to not have to bring the beach back into the condo and let things dry outside. His closet had all the clean linens we needed, and Grandma was able to be there for the birthday trip because of the living room sofa. The kitchen was pristine and had all the essentials for both cooking and serving. Even when you have an older unit, the love you put into it can make it stand out, and that’s exactly what David and his beautiful family has done.

The house was perfect for our weekend stay. There were beach items in the garage and pickleball paddles in the cabinet. The location was a nice neighborhood with a pool a very short walk away. The instructions were very helpful and easy to understand.

The home was absolutely wonderful — incredibly comfortable, spotless, private, and beautifully designed. The artwork and décor added a unique and charming touch. We were also lucky to spot owls, birds, raccoons, lizards, butterflies, and dragonflies — a true nature lover’s delight!

I was looking for a great place where I could entertain a large party after my engagement. This home was perfect. Kelly also suggested a private chef and bartender to come to the AirBNB, which was very thoughtful. The private (Funguy kitchen services) provided a fine dining experience with a 4 course menu. Would highly recommend if you are planning on entertaining guests.

Our stay here was absolutely incredible. Laura & Jeremy go above & beyond. The house is stunning & had everything we needed & more. The beds were very comfortable & we had a relaxing experience. The beach is an easy walk & beautiful. This house was more than we could have hoped for. Laura & Jeremy responded very quickly to anything we needed. I absolutely would stay here again & hope to in the future.

Beautiful location, easy access to downtown St. Augustine in about 20 mins by car. Patio had a view of the ocean. Ocean access was very close to the building. Wonderful and clean condo.
