Once an organic herb farm, our 5-acre property in Walterville has 300' of McKenzie River frontage, big trees, and plenty of wide open space to enjoy. Relaxing country living on the river just 20-25 miles of downtown Springfield and Eugene. Within an hour upriver is the some of the most spectacular scenery in Oregon (think waterfalls and old growth trees!). There's beautiful hiking trails, rafting/kayaking/drift boating (guided trips available), fishing, golf, hotsprings and skiing available.

Catherine is a great host, very responsive and communicative and I love that the unit is so pet friendly. Beautiful peaceful spot with many thoughtful details in the unit, felt like home away from home. Lovely walks right out the door and a quick drive into town and to UO.

Stay was good! It's in the parking lot of some hotels so it's a little noisy at times. Had a problem with the door lock but the host was responsive and took care of the problem in a few hours. It may not be the ideal spot for everyone's needs but for me it was close to perfect. I was in the middle of a move and needed a temporary home base. The only thing it was missing was hand sanitizer and the only complaint I have is the hot water for showers sand sink only lasted about 5 minutes. Cozy little place though and perfect for a single guest and a pet. Thank you Dhruti!

I stayed one night and slept well, feeling refreshed in the morning and ready for the Bucks vs. Ducks football game tailgating festivities in Eugene. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. Ninette was super helpful and her husband was a nice man to have conversations with. Check-in/out were very flexible and effortless. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our brief stay at The Carriage House. The location was peaceful and beautiful tucked up against a forested hill. The unit itself was completely charming. We found the king bed to be rather comfortable and could have imagined ourselves staying longer. It was overall a very easy and pleasant experience.

I stayed for nearly a month before a move. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. If you need just a night, or if you are making an extended stay, Autzen Inn (not Welcome Inn) is a great, budget friendly choice. The new management is really turning the place around. Would definitely stay here again.

THEE most wonderful hosts!! By far one of my most favorite AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Stela and Robert went above and beyond! They allowed me to enjoy so many wonderful aspects of their home and property, it was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, honestly right at home. My schedule (especially arrival) had rough hours and they were incredibly accommodating. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. I was treated so wonderfully, you will not be disappointed. Their home and space is tranquil and beyond lovely. I couldn’t say enough positive things about my stay or Stela and Robert. Truly wonderful humans who I’m so happy to have met!
