Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Private upstairs includes 3 cozy and comfortable bedrooms and a bath. Downstairs there is access to the 1872 porch and private entry/dining space. This historic Victorian Rural Gothic Cottage with its large yard is situated on the boundary line between Springfield and Eugene. It is an easy walk to paths and trails along the Willamette River and under two miles to the nearby downtowns. Autzen Stadium is a 1-1/2 mile walk through grassy fields!

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything.
