Vacation rentals with breakfast in Springfield

John and Susie's place is such a gem! We were greeted on arrival, with them ensuring everything was set for a good stay. Their place feels like a home - warm, cozy, and inviting - and nothing like the often bland spaces built just for Airbnb or hotel use. The room we stayed in was spacious and had its own ensuite, chairs, desk, and temperature control. Everything was spotlessly clean. John and Susie provided us privacy when we wanted, but also were great to chat with when we were up to it. They cooked us a lovely breakfast before our early departure. The only downside to our stay was that we had to leave too early! We hope to return again.

Travelled to Eugene to run the marathon, and my mother and I had the most perfect weekend staying in Laurinda’s suite. The attention to detail, care, and cleanliness was spot on, the homemade breakfast basket was so thoughtful and delicious, and the view from the balcony was serene. After I ran the marathon, Laurinda even took it upon herself to bring me some epsom salt to soak in the tub. We cannot thank you enough for your warmth and hospitality! If you’re thinking about booking with Laurinda, consider this your sign!

Best deal in Eugene! It's not fancy, but great for the price, the location is very convenient, and the other guests (some of whom are longer stays) are so nice. Exactly what was described and pictured. Just great! Thank you, Karen!

Gary was quite friendly and accommodating.

My friends raved about how "cute" it was, and how organized and labeled everything was! They were extremely impressed with the cookies and scones that were awaiting them! Also loved the back yard! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Hosts were very kind and responsive. The homemade bread was extra special to have and was delicious. We had a wonderful stay.

Overall it was an excellent stay. The best part of the trip was meeting and getting to know Mago! She is a breath of fresh air and words cannot describe how nice she is. She has great stories and fun to talk to. I would easily stay at her place again just to talk to her more!!!

Therese and her husband were amazing! We got into town a day early and they were able to make last minute accommodations for us even though it was late at night. They were very welcoming and gave us a lot of information on UO. She checked on us a few times while we were there, which was very sweet of her. The place was beautiful, lots of space, and we felt right at home. We will definitely be staying there again next time we are out there. Thanks Therese!!

My son and I recently stayed in Eugene for the USATF Jr Olympics. The thing that attracted me to Jeff's listing was that it included breakfast and dinner Mon-Fri. I was familiar with the type of accommodation (privately owned dorm) since we had these when I was in college. The room was smaller but very comfortable clean and quiet. The listing also included a secure parking spot. The meals were a huge bonus and were diverse, well prepared and nutritious offerings. Snacks and late plates were readily available as well if not available to eat during meal times. The location was easily walkable to U of Oregon campus and Hayward Field. The location was very quiet and comfortable and overall a great stay. Jeff was prompt with communication and very helpful. The location is ideal for couples traveling to U of Oregon or for parent/child staying together. It fit our needs perfectly and helped us have a fantastic race week and stay.

Our stay at The Collegian was an absolute delight from start to finish. Jeff's responsiveness and attentiveness to our questions and requests made us feel valued even before we arrived. Upon check-in, we received a warm welcome from Jeff, and the check-in process was seamless, allowing us to quickly settle into our comfortable and well-appointed room. The room itself was clean and inviting, providing all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. While we regretfully couldn't attend the dinners offered, we did get to enjoy the fantastic breakfasts at The Collegian. The meals were delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to our days. Throughout our stay, the staff impressed us with their courteous and accommodating demeanor. They were always quick to attend to any additional requests we had, making us feel truly cared for and enhancing the overall experience. In conclusion, our stay at The Collegian was exceptional in every way. *****

Stayed in Eugene for 8 days during the Olympic Trials for Track & Field. The Collegian was a great choice as it was walkable to Hayward Field and it was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. Breakfast was included and was also very good. Jeff was very friendly and accommodating and made me feel right at home. Highly recommend especially if in town for track and field events.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect for my needs! Its proximity to the marathon starting line was a huge bonus, making race day morning stress-free. I also really appreciated how safe and surprisingly quiet the dorm-style accommodation was, ensuring a good night's rest. The easy access and the incredibly convenient free parking truly made my stay seamless and worry-free. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a practical, safe, and quiet place with great logistical advantages.

Mindy, her two cats, and her apartment were lovely! She answered my phone call quickly, and met us outside to help us find the correct apartment which was really nice. She’s so personable and easy to talk to, and was beyond welcoming to my boyfriend and I. We had the space to ourselves most of the night which was really homey and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for a very affordable, cozy stay that feels like home away from home :)!

This place was great

Jeff was amazing to deal with. I contacted him when our plane landed and he met us at the building and showed us around. He answered every question I had. He was helpful with a list of places within walking distance for us. Chef Michael was the hidden gem of our trip. First of all, his food was fabulous. We were at Hayward Field for hours each day and 3 of 4 days missed dinner. No worries! Michael boxed dinner up for us and had it in the frig for us. He is very personable and took interest in Joshua's progress at the track. We spoke daily. Honestly, it felt like home to us and we didn't want to leave. We would most definitely stay there again. I would give this place a thousand stars.

We are so grateful we discovered Velo airbnb. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we return to Eugene to visit our daughter, son-in-law and grandson. Misha's hospitality is extraordinary, beyond description. We stayed in the Tandem room. The bed and linens were heavenly, the shower spa-like. The decor everywhere is serene and original, the bike theme being directly connected to Misha's husband, Rob, bike-builder exceptionale. The hearty breakfasts, prepared almost entirely from Misha's garden bounty, were colorful, nourishing, and scrumptious. Misha goes above and beyond as a host and we are truly grateful to her. Velo airbnb is a work of art in the airbnb world. Thank you.

Our stay with Karen and Karl was wonderful. We felt privileged to share their beautiful and unique home for a few days. I loved the art, decor, company and breakfast. The views from the house are breathtaking. We were all very comfortable in the rooms, loved the bathroom and slept well. We loved walking to Hendricks park nearby and enjoyed the neighborhood in general. Karen’s son, Jeffrey went above and beyond to help my niece and our family celebrate her graduation. The Hawaiian food and location were such a treat. Great hospitality and great people. Big thank you to Cathy also for taking care of us. It was the highlight of the trip to have lunch as a family in your dining room. This experience of Eugene and Karen’s home will be a wonderful memory for me and my family. Thank you for hosting us.

We have spent 10 day trips at Karen’s house twice. In 2022 and 2024. We are now old friends and really enjoy the homey atmosphere. Can’t wait to pass by or stay again. If you are all about Eugene Karen and her family have great knowledge of the area and events especially anything U of O

Judi’s place is my go-to stay when I show at the Oregon Horse Center. Judi, her husband and fun pup Tigger are lovely and welcoming after a long day. I appreciate the hot coffee and quick bagel or croissant before I run out for my early morning. Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood just 4 minutes from my competitions! I actually hate to leave a rave review as they will be more popular and I may not get my accommodations next time ;-).

THEE most wonderful hosts!! By far one of my most favorite AirBnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Stela and Robert went above and beyond! They allowed me to enjoy so many wonderful aspects of their home and property, it was amazing. They made me feel so comfortable, honestly right at home. My schedule (especially arrival) had rough hours and they were incredibly accommodating. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing. I was treated so wonderfully, you will not be disappointed. Their home and space is tranquil and beyond lovely. I couldn’t say enough positive things about my stay or Stela and Robert. Truly wonderful humans who I’m so happy to have met!

I loved my stay at Laura's! I immediately felt right at home and comfortable after a long drive into Eugene. The living space was extremely clean and well furnished. She had plenty of amenities including snacks and coffee/tea. All of her baked goods in the morning were delicious! Her home is tucked away in a safe and quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in Eugene (Toshi's Ramen and the Beer Stein are personal favorites). Both her and her dogs were so sweet, it really felt like being at home. I will definitely stay again next time I'm able to visit Eugene!

My husband and I visited my sister and her husband in Portland and decided to take a trip down to Eugene for a Ducks game and to explore the shops/eateries. Our stay at the Velo B&B was absolutely fantastic. We are so grateful to have found this gem. Misha has a heart of gold - so welcoming and hospitable. Their place was peaceful, clean and so homey. The breakfast was incredibly delicious, all fresh vegetables and fruits from Misha’s garden! Thank you Misha and Rob for creating such a beautiful space. Hope to visit again soon!

If you’re in the area, or just passing through, you must stop here! The rooms are outstanding but the best part is Beth and Mark’s hospitality and stories. You won’t regret staying for breakfast either...delicious!
