This place is dreamy and a wonderful place to relax and host a couple family members. Was visiting my college student and it was absolutely perfect!

This is our second time staying at Brock's place. The home is beautiful, stocked with everything we need, close to area attractions and great restaurants. We enjoy the beautiful back yard and appreciate that the home is dog friendly.

Jennifer is easy to work with and helpful with any issues! Great host and nice home away from home.

I got this little gem for a weekend get away with my friend, for a girls weekend. We fell in love with this place. There was so many nostalgic items from posters, books, games, and so much that screamed my childhood. We felt safe having our dogs roaming in the back yard. We found that it was a quiet neighborhood. I definitely would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The space was super fun and stylish—definitely more of an experience than just a place to sleep. It’s in a great location, close to awesome restaurants, thrift shops, the bookstore I wanted to visit, ice-skating, and even the mall. The hosts were super cool and pet-friendly, which we really appreciated. The outdoor area was beautiful, and even just enjoying it from inside (with the cool lighting) was a treat. Highly recommend!

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

The pictures of the pool house do not do this Justice, it is such an amazing space and they have done such a great job with it. We came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and all of our kids had such a great time in the pool house. We will definitely be back again.

This was the perfect place to host my family and to enjoy the weekend! Many essentials that make traveling across the country so easy! Lots of space for the 6 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed!

I traveled back home to Eugene with my family to take care of a close relative that had recently been in and out of the ER. This house was an oasis of calm during the trip -- a classic mid 20th century Coburg Road area home, with just the right touches of modernity. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect to sleep in (the firm pillow was amazing for my often painful neck). The location was perfect -- just off Coburg Road, centrally located between my relative's house and PeaceHealth Riverbend, and we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Kudos to Americana and Neil. I couldn't recommend it more!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house. The house has a great layout—spacious yet cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night’s sleep. The full kitchen was a huge plus, fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space was a standout—beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. The great fire table in the backyard was the cherry on top, bringing everyone together for memorable evenings filled with laughter and good vibes. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything we wanted including a grocery store. This was our first Airbnb stay as a family, and it made for a really nice experience. We’d book it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We stay in Eugene a lot but typically for football games. This was just a week to spend with my college student and we were looking for a place that was beautiful but so close to everything and Chong‘s place fit the bill. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some spices and the sauna was a lovely touch. The primary bedroom was comfortable and dark, and everything in the house worked properly.

Adorable and clean space just large enough for two people and potentially a dog. We stayed here for a long weekend and loved it. It is a drive in order to get to the downtown Eugene area but only about 10 minutes. The neighborhood is quiet but walkable in order to let the dog out :)

This is the perfect Airbnb for a weekend. Everything you need to enjoy Eugene is provided for you. Plenty to walk to as well. I look forward to booking this place in the future.

Was a great place to stay. I value good lighting because I generally return after dark. Lighting on the walkway was excellent and the lights outside helped me find the location easily.

Nomad’s Nest was perfect for a weekend girls trip! The location was beautiful, and the space had all the amenities we could want. Caroline was a wonderful host and provided a very detailed booklet of things to do and places to eat. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

Al is great. Really easy going, and helpful. His place is close to some nice walking/running paths, groceries and laundromat.

Very spacious and a great location close to the University and Downtown. Dianne was extremely responsive and helpful for any questions I had.

Space was very clean and well-appointed. Included many personal touches that made me feel welcome and at home. This stay exceeded my expectations and I do believe the host went above and beyond.

Great place to stay at! Very nice inside with a great shower and huge TV. Hosts were super hospitable and friendly. Will definitely consider this place when I come back to Eugene!
