The guest house is a cozy, modern place perfect for a couple's stay in Spokane. In 2016, we gutted and rebuilt the 550 sq. ft. guest house and insulated it so it is very quiet inside. Kitchen is fully equipped. Close to popular hiking & biking trails, great restaurants, shopping, and the beautiful outdoors, you’ll love both exploring the gorgeous country views, finding the most fantastic sunrises and sunsets as well as settling into a fully-functional kitchen and cozy space.

It has off street parking , a small kitchenette, no laundry facilities. Great for quick visits where you will be out and about and eating on the town. Dogs ok with additional fee. Great walk able neighborhood 5 min from downtown and 10 min to the airport.
