Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Spokane River

We were in town for my husband’s work and this was the perfect spot for us. Everything we needed, and the apartment complex felt very safe and friendly. Great walkability too… Just a quick walk to Riverfront Park, which was a perfect spot for our toddler and I to hang out during the day. Lots to do! We had a great stay.

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

James place was a little gem. It’s laid out so well. Decorated adorably and perfectly for the area. The seating area in the window was so cute and my granddaughter loved sleeping in it. The place has so many great activities you can stay as busy as you want.

I’d stay here again. It is as it says in the description. Felt right at home. Felt safe & comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Great location right in downtown and close to everything. The only thing is there is a very active train track right outside the unit. other than that the place was amazing and host was on top of everything.

The location wasn’t the easiest to identify in the dark, particularly the parking garage. However, the owners left very clear and thorough instructions on how to get inside, use the parking, and other answers to your many questions. It’s somewhat inconvenient to park and to get inside the apartment, but you get used to it as it provides a very safe and secure location for your vehicle as well as an extra layer of security for the apartment itself. It was well appointed and accurately described. Very convenient location with a delicious coffee shop next door. I would absolutely rent from them again. Great hosts.

WOW!! Perfect place for two. Beautiful views of slopes. Pretty much brand new. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Overlooks center of resort. Short walk to lifts.

This condo was in an amazing location along the Spokane River. We took long walks and enjoyed the view in both directions. Downtown Coeur d'Alene is charming. We took the lake cruise and it was breathtaking. The condo also has a balcony with seating and a bbq. The kitchen was well stocked so we could prepare meals. Parking is secure. This is a real value stay. We were only two, but a family could stay here and enjoy the walks and all the parks so close by. Highly recommend!

I was traveling with co-workers for training. This was perfect, the location was about one mile from our office. Instructions were sent on where to park, which was right under our apartment on the second floor. I was sent a code prior to are arrival to get into the apartment. The rooms looked just like the pictures. Everything was clean and in place. I slept in the main bedroom and it was very comfortable, this had a queen bed. One of the other rooms had a full bed and the other two twins. My co-workers slept great with no complaints. Hotel size shampoo, conditioners, and lotions were provided. I saved over half of what I would have paid for three hotel rooms. Great savings, great location, over all a great place to stay!

Kent was great at getting back to me right away and let us check in early! The room was very clean and comfy bed. We loved our stay here!

Seasons is just a lovely resort-style development and extraordinary views of the lake - wonderful private beach and fun pool! Our condo was just perfect! Would definitely recommend and also would stay again!!

A great stay at a beautiful location! The condo was just perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bath definitely come in handy. It's located directly across from the clubhouse which made things very easy for us. We enjoyed the grounds and all the activities offered. Just perfect in all areas. Thank you!

This was arguably the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We frequently rent through Airbnb for our retreats and I was blown away by how clean it was. I also deeply appreciated her flexibility with check in! She allowed us to check in early! LOVED how beautiful this home was & especially loved the fireplace! We will be back!

Great place stayed here and or kids loved the basement. House had everything we needed for our stay and enough room for everyone. Definitely recommend this place to any families looking to stay in the area will be back for our next trip to Spokane!

Kayloni’s property was beautiful and in a great location between Spokane and CDA. She was also so proactive about making sure we had everything we needed and that the trip went exactly as planned. Would stay again!

Nicely remodeled kitchen and baths. Really liked the craftsman woodwork. Although we didn't use the outdoor kitchen, it was a bonus.

This place was quiet & private. Although we didn't spend too much time here (mostly at work) it was nice to have somewhere to go to that was not a hotel after a long day. Nice fenced in yard for our pup who also seemed to enjoy the stay. We thought $20 per night for a pet was a little bit expensive, especially considering she hardly was there & doesn't shed like other dogs. Overall it was a nice, clean, well furnished & quiet place.

I and the other guests were very happy with the accommodations and overall experience. I personally was impressed with how well Amanda and I were able to communicate with each other!! Amanda was a great host!!

This place is great for large families. Cute little neighborhood, fenced backyard with a trampoline. Perfect place for us to land during a weekend of sports.
