Beautiful condo with all of the amenities! The mountain and lake view was stunning. Spacious accommodations for 8. Highly recommend and will definitely be back. It is close to the train tracks and trains are frequent, but not disturbing. Quiet, peaceful surroundings - hot tub and pool were excellent!

We had a girls weekend getaway in Sandpoint. This was the perfect location with restaurants and cute shops all within walking distance. And, it was so spacious in the accommodation—room to spread out and relax in different spaces. As others have mentioned in reviews, there’s noise from trains and from cars in front of the building, and a little bit of light music coming from the restaurant downstairs. Nothing that bothered us or would keep us from wanting to stay here again. All in all, a great place to stay and tastefully renovated old building.

Absolutely beautiful house! We landed super late and had to check in super late and they were so understanding. Our boys loved the house and all the lake toys even in the 60° weather. Shelley was so sweet and made checking in and everything so easy for us! :)

Satisfied with the stay, the only issue was one of the bedroom entrances was thru the bathroom, so if someone was using the bathroom than we either had to wait in the bedroom or in the living room

What a lovely place to stay with amazing views! Loved the amenities and sunset over the lake was amazing! Great space for spending a relaxing few nights. We liked it so much we chose to stay in and cook every night vs go out to eat. Great hosts and very clean place. Bonus we got to see deer, wild turkey, and even a little frog.

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. Diana’s lake house was amazing for our Labor Day weekend stay! We rented a jet ski and used their sweet kayaks and floaties as well! The bay was awesome. The view was incredible. The house layout was perfect for our group. We had 4 adults, 2 kids under 6 and one 15 year old. The apartment in the lower part of the house was unexpected but literally perfect for the parents of the 15 year old! There was a bit of dirt in a couple areas and the ceiling fans were very dusty. Other than that our stay was incredible. We are already talking about booking it again for next year! Thanks again!

Kyra’s place was exquisite! We loved the dive in around the lake, I couldn’t believe how close the road was to the water. The house is situated perfectly over looking the lake and sunset! I cant say enough about how great the experience was. It was extremely cozy around the fire (they even provided fire wood). There is a restaurant within walking distance that also checks all the boxes. We went up to go to Coeur d’Alene but ended up having a better time just staying around the house. 10 out of 10.

Adorable house, very clean, and perfect lake views! Nice quiet neighborhood and it was nice having our own private beach and hot tub. Response time from the owners was quick as well

Great place for a family get together of all ages. Lots to do without ever leaving: swim, paddleboard, yard games, hang out on the deck watching the osprey and bald eagles. Hope to get back.

This home was in the most beautiful setting of DeerPark lake, complete with a porch for viewing the lake, deer, turtles and flocks of turkey. The gate on the deck helps keep our dog can find yet enjoying the outdoors. The house is very comfortable and well kept. The beds were comfortable and cozy and there was plenty of room to gather and chat with family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Condo del Sol. This unit was clean, very well stocked and provided lots of extras like a pack and play, sound machines, kayaks, tennis rackets and extra towels. We used the pool daily, it was never too busy even on a long holiday weekend. Location is walkable to the city beach, restaurants and shopping. Will definitely look for this unit when we return next summer.

We spent a week at this lovely one bedroom condo facing the lake. Check in was very simple and easy. Instructions before our arrival were helpful and useful. The bedroom has a comfy king size mattress and space for items in the closet The kitchen had the necessary items to help with making meals, basic items (i.e. salt, pepper, olive oil) as well ice trays to make ice in were also available. The living room has a nice sofa and recliner. We spent our week here watching the geese on the lawn in front of the Condo, as well as a squirrel that was quite friendly, visiting daily on the deck. The lake is not as lakefront as it would be during the summer due to the dam nearby, but it was within view and we loved the peacefulness of this time of year (April). Jordan was quick with responses when contacted and we appreciated her being available if needed, but otherwise she left us to ourselves. The trains nearby were an added bonus for us as we love watching and listening to them.

Loved this place SO much! My dog had to have surgery in Pinehurst so my boyfriend a I decided to make a trip out of it. I found this place and we were so thrilled by Brenden and his wife’s hospitality, they did an amazing job making this a cozy retreat. They provided everything you might need like towels, spices, utensils etc. S0 comfy with lots of sights to see and explore. We went to outlaw for lunch and sat in the hot tub after. Very relaxing, right on the river. We will definitely be staying here again! - Megan &Chandler

The condo was the perfect place to gather with family from Seattle. Sandpoint is a beautiful area and people friendly. Most of our meals were prepared in the condo, in a kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. When eating out Eichhardt's Pub Grill and Joel's Mexican Food were our favorites. The nearby bike and walking trails proved our favorite daytime activities.

I can’t say enough good things about Kevan’s place! Perfect location in that it’s an easy walk to restaurants, coffee, shops, etc., and also on the river, right next to the beautiful walking trail. The condo itself is exceptionally comfortable, absolutely quiet, spotless, and laid out well for privacy within (living area separated from bedroom area). Every essential you’ll need is there, for cooking and bath and laundry, as well as the thoughtful details you hope are there (like coffee, laundry soap, seasonings). Easy to come and go from, convenient parking in the building. And Kevan was readily available for any questions. Fantastic place, and I look forward to returning!

This home is great. It was clean, comfortable, and such a nice place to hang out. The home was beautifully decorated, it felt like home. Super easy to get in and out of, and I loved the covered parking. It was easy to walk anywhere in town, even with the snow. It had everything you need in the home. Great place. I would like to live there!
