Townhome vacation rentals in Spokane River

Comfortable house in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful walk to downtown. Kitchen is very well stocked with cooking equipment for those who like to cook while on vacation. We had room to entertain family. Plenty of linens...even beach towels available. We enjoyed our stay!

Lindsey was not only highly responsive, as I booked day of stay, but also very informative about the area. I asked a couple questions and received detailed responses. I loved feeling like a local with all the insider tips. The home is lovely and conveniently located to downtown. It was clean and stocked with the basics/essentials. I would absolutely stay here again while visiting the area.

Our stay at Mariane"s condo was great. Very nice neighboor on the golf course. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked . Mariane was easy to reach and responded quickly Will definately stay here again.

Tim was an exceptional host and very accommodating to all of our needs. Really enjoyed the ability to control the temperature in the condo with the use of the gas fireplace in the evenings and the AC during peak warm hours. All the the things you need in the kitchen to prepare home cooking inside and out. The neighborhood was next to the greenbelt trail connecting you to all of the trails network in town. Just a min walk to water from the back porch. Close enough to town for convenient grocery shopping. It was the perfect stay for the three of us, having enough beds and 2 bathrooms with showers. Would definitely stay here again to visit the area.

Jackie is a great host. She’s very accommodating and helps out if you’re having trouble with anything. It was a pleasure communicating with her. The room is very clean and the bed is comfortable. The location couldn’t be better.

Lovely pace. Made a lot of good memories staying here for work. Wished i could had stayed longer. Very spacious thay allowed to work out with my VR head set inside. Wouldn't mind booking again if I work in area next year.

Great place, as advertised. We were there late season, so spring skiing so it wasnt exactly ski-in, ski-out, but so close to the base it didn't matter. Kids felt welcome with all the game, puzzle, and books there. Would return.

Bryan’s place is really nice and was perfect for our family of 6. We celebrated a college graduation it the large, great room gave us a place to gather. One challenge is the driveway parking is very precarious and there is no street parking. This made it hard for my daughter to join us for meals. We had to go pick her up and shuttle her to join us. I didn’t understand how limited the parking was upon booking and may have made a different choice had I understood better. Overall, the place is very nice and generally clean. For a group of six it’s perfect! Thanks for a great stay, Bryan!

We had a wonderful stay at Alex’s place! From the moment we booked to when we checked out, communication with Alex was prompt, friendly and informative. Pros: Access to garage parking; quiet, peaceful location; very spacious inside-every room was bigger than I expected; loved having a full bathroom for every bedroom; towels were laid out on each bed for easy use; well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay; AC worked great; proximity to stores, restaurants and everything we wanted to do in town. Cons: none! This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in!

This place was great! We came here for my 40th birthday and had so much fun. We had 4 adults and 4 kids, and had plenty of room. We literally saw an eagle catch a fish out of the water, the kids played in the water and the hot tub was awesome. Everything was perfect!

We had a great time in Schweitzer- it’s a great location with a very short walk to the village and ski lifts. Beautiful views and overall a great space and layout for the whole family! We would absolutely come back!

Perfect place for the four of us. We cooked a big breakfast before skiing every day and the kitchen was more then well equipped enough for us. Beds were comfortable the showers were great. Very clean and tasteful, and an easy 2 minute drive to the lifts and dinners. Could not ask for anything more!

Great place. Nice quiet area with plenty to do. Close to Silverwood which was why we chose it. Accommodated our family of 6 with plenty of room to spare. Hosts were great communicators with any needs or questions.

Jen was great from providing very clear instructions for things to responding to a message very quickly to clarify things. Also reached out to ask for recommendations to improve future stays. Such a great host! The place was exactly as described and then some. I loved sitting out on the back deck listening to the water run in the little creek behind the house and watching the goose family walk and swim around 40 ft from where I was sitting. And got to enjoy barbecuing on a great bbq on the deck. The place was well stocked and very clean. I go to Sandpoint every year to meet my daughter for this same weekend and I will definitely look to book this place again. I liked it so much that I am actually considering buying a place in the complex. Great job Jen! Great place!

Vadim was a very responsive host. The house was modern and clean with plenty of amenities. It’s a short drive to shopping and downtown Coeur D Alene.

After some unforeseen circumstances my 2 small children and I needed a central place to stay asap - we live in the area and Heather got back to me immediately and got me into her space that evening! The house was so beautiful but also so cozy and perfect for my toddler and baby! They had all the baby items I needed to take care of my littles! There was plenty of extra linens, dishes, pots pans etc. that you need for a family! I brought my pup and they were kind enough to leave treats and water/food bowl and poop bags for me as well! I've traveled a decent amount, solo, and I'm always so nervous with 2 small children to go into someone else's home- but Heather's house and hospitality were the best I've come across! It's central to all the parks, lake, resort etc. very accommodating to children and pets, but I still felt like I was on a 'vacation' because the house was so clean and beautiful! Thanks again Heather, my kids and I appreciate you!
