Was a nice place to stay for a couple days.

Super cozy and excellent location! The Cottage was exactly what I was looking for. The wood fire warmed up the place nicely and Gerald always had a supply of wood each morning. Thanks! Kitchen was perfect for dinners each night and the Ethernet connection was great. Thanks Mary and Gerald for the fantastic stay!

I can't say enough about our unforgettable stay at this private riverfront property. From the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the experience. The location is nothing short of magical. Nestled alongside the tranquil river, this property offers a sense of seclusion and serenity that's hard to find anywhere else. The views are breathtaking, with the river meandering gracefully through the landscape, and the surrounding nature adding to the overall charm. It's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Every corner of the house and the surrounding area was spotless. You could tell that the hosts take great pride in maintaining this gem of a place. We felt instantly comfortable and at ease.

Had a wonderful, peaceful visit. The location is absolutely amazing. The lake and Tubbs Hill almost right out the door. I can’t say enough about the location! The bed was SO comfortable, and I slept like a log.

This was such a lovely home to stay at, my crew loved the cozy cabin feeling and would recommend it to anyone who is wanting to do a nice quiet get away. The host is very responsive and easy to talk to.

What a wonderful place to stay in Priest Lake! We stayed here 4 days and 3 nights with my husband and fur babies. It was cozy, peaceful and we kept saying “wow what a labor of love was put into this place”!! It has everything you need in the kitchen to cook with, the linens in bedroom are very nice, and has 3 bathrooms and two showers which was amazing! It is close to Hills and Elkins Resorts which we love both, and we got to explore new parts of Priest Lake we’ve never been to, which was fun! Also there’s multiple grocery stores not too far away, plus you can always stop by the resort restaurants/gift shops and they have food you can purchase. We also dug into their board games and played Sorry and Scrabble every night before bed, and now ordered both on Amazon to continue playing when we arrive to our home. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely come back here. Thank you!!

The ‘River Cottage’ is so beautiful! The view out every window is so special. Most of all… I love enjoying my morning coffee on the patio overlooking the Little Spokane River. Such a peaceful and well kept cottage!

It was an absolutely fun stay! The place was very clean, and it honestly exceeded expectations. A very cute place for a date night with my partner, what with the fantastic hot tub and a gem of a kitchen. Will definitely be booking here again soon!

Great place, very beautiful. The amenities in the backyard are top-notch. Short 20 minute drive to Coeur d’Alene. I would stay here again.

Our stay in Spirit Lake was amazing! Very peaceful and beautiful location. Don and Heidi the hosts were very helpful and friendly. They were excellent at fast responses to questions and they even brought firewood and a deck umbrella down to the patio area for us. We would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting to take a trip to northern Idaho.

Dawn was a great host and she made us feel right at home in their newly built guest apartment. Host communication and description was excellent. Very friendly and stopped by to say Hi. Super quite and peaceful location just minutes out of town and near Schweitzer parking lot and shuttle service. Comfy beds and great living area. Thanks Dawn!

I immediatly went online to see if I could rebook the following weekend. It is of no surprise this place is booked. Great central location to both North Spokane, the Valley, and South Hill. I was able to quickly get to morning coffee and a much needed donut. Place was pristine. I felt memorized by the surrounding house structures and unique history that area posses. We will book again without hesitation! Best host response time!

We had a great stay in Sandpoint! Judy was very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The place had everything we needed and was less than 10 mins to downtown Sandpoint, which had lots of restaurants and things to do. Would highly recommend!

Had a great stay in Coeur d’Alene at Lindsey’s Place. Walked through the park to downtown for dinner one evening. Very nice place to stay.

Julie's place is one of our very favorite places to stay! We have stayed several time over the past few years and look forward to our next visit! The property is always clean, well stocked and has the best little personal touches. We appreciate its out of town location which is perfect for a walk or star gazing at night. The property is peaceful and quiet. We love that the kitchen is perfect for cooking a meal in, it has nice linens and laundry in the unit. We spent an extended holiday break at Elaine's place - 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year's. Everything was perfect, and they even went to the extra trouble of putting up a small tree and left some Christmas decorations for us to use and brought by some Christmas goodies. Greg and Elaine were very friendly and provided us everything and more for our stay. The place was beautiful and had everything we needed. We are pretty critical about cleanliness, but they knocked it out of the park - everything was perfect! If the opportunity arises, we would love to stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and sharing your guest house with us!

We came on a Friday, left on a Monday, and the purpose of our trip was that 3 out of the 4 of us wanted to goto Silverwood. This turned out to be a perfect place to stay for us. Just 15 min from Silverwood, on a private road, with a couple of wild turkeys and a couple families of deer making visits. Very quiet, very peaceful. We ate out so we didn't cook there but appreciated the coffee and keurig. Everything was clean, plenty of plates and cups and towels. good communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful location and wonderful house. The hosts decorated for Christmas, which we didn’t expect but was a wonderful surprise. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. Thank you! It was a wonderful stay!
