A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door: patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood 20 minutes north of Spokane. It's one mile from Whitworth University or you can walk just up the hill. Mt. Spokane is 45 min. away for winter and summer recreation. The Wandermere theater is close along with coffee shops and many restaurants. The space is a whole basement suite with a private entrance and parking. From now until Fall there is a great farmer's market within walking distance every Tuesday from 3:00 to 7:00.

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

LOWER unit with STREET parking. With the park across the street, we feel this is the best unit this size/price In Spokane. Conveniently located 1bed, 1bath with a hideabed, directly across from a beautiful city Park. 10 min from the airport and 5 from downtown. Finch Arboretum is walking distance. The park has full basketball and tennis court's, and a baseball diamond. Nice kids play quipment. Both Amazon buildings are 10 minutes away. 10 min to the Casino.
