We were there for our daughter's wedding reception and the place was perfect! We had our pup Bentley and no stairs for his bad hips. comfortable bed and peaceful surroundings with pretty lake view. We will look forward to going back! Thank you Linda for a wonderful stay♥️

Have stayed here before. Is far above most other places. Large, extremely well maintained, welcoming, easy to just relax into and enjoy. A number 1 facilities and comfort.....truly noteworthy.

Kelli was a great host!! The pool & hot tub were So great to use with family and friends. The unit was perfect size for our group of 3 adults and 1 child. Def recommend and would love to rent this same place for all of our future CDA visits! Listening to the golfers was pretty entertaining as well

Amazing place for the price. Like other reviews mentioned, the interior and appliances are dated. Im a kid 90's earlier 2000 kid, so it didn't bother me at all. The beds were comfortable place was clean. It's a basement so you do hear the upstairs in the early morning. If u rise earlier or a heavy sleeper shouldn't be a problem. we will be back just an amazing place. thank you

Victoria was super helpful throughout the process from the very beginning and even after the visit had concluded. The room was fantastic, very warm and bright with many personal touches which made you feel right at home. Homemade cookies greeted me when I walked in, and it just kept getting better. The place wraps itself around you allowing you to take the time to get deep into your own thoughts. Truly an awesome place. One of Montana's special AB&B.

We loved her cozy apartment, peaceful location in the woods, just a few steps to the lake, walkable area! Susann has added many "homey" touches that make it a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Bookshelves full, board games. There is a boat ramp down the road, and we saw fishermen out on the lake. It is a 10 minute drive to local restaurants and grocery, and we loved O'Malley's pub. Susann is a great, helpful lady!

Lake Affect Retreat is an absolutely beautiful and stunning home. The pictures don't do it justice. The home is nestled among tall trees and sits just right at the lake's edge. We were able to watch bald eagles and other wildlife while relaxing on the porch. We BBQ steaks, soaked in the hottub, and used their kayaks for a fun filled weekend. Deon and Christopher were excellent hosts; friendly and always available for any needs we may have needed. Her banana bread is delicious and was a kind welcoming. I would recommend staying here! Thank you for your generosity in sharing your space with us.

Super friendly, informative and cooperative! I felt comfortable talking to her and staying at her place. It was peaceful on both ends and went smooth. She even worked with me in extending my stay! Overall, friendly, welcoming, homely, comfortable, and a warming person and place to stay!

This was possibly the cleanest place I have ever stayed at. The hosts were very polite and easy to reach, and everything was as described or better. I slept on the queen size bed, and the mattress was perfect. My daughter slept on the pullout sofa, and she said it was comfortable as well. We were in town for a shooting competition, and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Two thumbs up for Joel and Kim as hosts.

We have stayed at Scott and Miranda's place 3 times now and love it! The area is peaceful and beautiful as is the suite. I appreciate that they offer robes and slippers as it's a basement suite they have been gracious to accommodate my chemical sensitivity issues with washing linens in dye and scent free detergent.

We were traveling through and needed a comfortable place to sleep before moving on. This place was perfect for us. The price was right and provided just what we were looking for.

This is the second time we've stayed in this cute home with a big porch with a view of the park. We love how walkable the neighborhood is. The Meeting House coffee house has excellent coffee and atmosphere.

Sweet little hideaway in a quiet neighborhood close to the lake, downtown, and spa! Jonathan is a great host—friendly and responsive—and he left clear instructions.

Lori’s Studio 7B was the perfect stay for our first time in Ponderay: it was quiet, quaint and cozy :) The host’s instructions were very straightforward and helped us settle in quickly after a long drive, her responses were quick and she gave a lot of great recommendations that helped us explore around the area. I really enjoyed viewing her art too while we stayed: each piece is unique and expressive, giving the place character vs most hotels’ bland, carbon copy prints and decor you usually see. The art and overall set up made this place memorable. I also really appreciate how soft the bed was and how the host provided earplugs: there were several coyotes yipping in the night and distant trains passing by, but luckily for me, that added to the charm (and that my partner sleeps like a rock). To top it all off, the price was very affordable! I would love to come back for a longer stay if I get the chance.

This property has the most beautiful view of Coeur d’Alene lake. The space was gorgeously decorated. It had all the amenities you would need to feel cozy and at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with spices. Cindi was si friendly, welcoming and reaponsive.

We stayed here for a cousins’ wedding getaway and had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for four adults, with a multi-story layout that helped keep things quiet and comfortable. The downstairs bed was super cozy, and everything was clean and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt totally safe parking on the street as instructed. The location was ideal—everything we needed was within a mile. The host was friendly, responsive, and left great suggestions for food and activities. We even went white-water rafting with Wiley E. Waters, which was an unforgettable experience. It was a beautiful weekend, and we’d definitely recommend this place to others!

Can't say enough good things about Peggy's place. The space resides in a lovely neighborhood and tho, a downstairs apartment...it is extremely well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out. It was still a bit chilly at night, so we lit the gas fireplace for warmth and ambiance (easily accomplished with the wall thermostat) and really enjoyed our 3 night stay. We hope to return later in the summer!

Jan stands out as a host— she is organized and responsive yet relaxed and I felt like she was welcoming me as a friend. Even made it so I cd check in early— and the easiest checkout ever! Place is so cool even during the summer heat, and everything is so thoughtfully arranged. Would love to stay there again! Thanks Jan!
