Welcome to our farm! We invite you to stay at our cute&cozy renovated guesthouse. We have friendly mini goats & fuzzy alpacas that you can view just steps outside the front door. We are located in the beautiful Glenrose Prairie area of the South Hill. Enjoy a coffee or picnic by the animals. We also get visits from deer, bunnies, & lots of birds. Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.

The Brick House

The Brick House is a spacious, freshly remodeled daylight basement apartment packed with amenities and located in a quiet neighborhood on Spokane's South Hill. You can check in anytime after 4 pm using the private outdoor entrance. It is only a 3 minute drive up the hill from I-90 and plenty of street parking is available. Annalise and Andrew are readily available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.
