Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Sperlonga

Sergio fully deserves to be called a Superhost. It was extremely easy for us to communicate with him as he replied to all our requests quickly enough and his English is great. The apartment is very well equipped. Initially, we wanted to stay in a hotel with the breakfasts included. But then we've found Sergio's place on Airbnb and loved it at first glance. Cooking (and not only breakfasts) was not a problem at all as the kitchen included everything one may need. Sergio also provided us with a couple of bottles of water, milk, olive oil, salt and pepper, flour, spaghetti, different sauces and jams, coffee. Everything else we could by in the supermarket around the corner. The bedroom has a big wardrobe with plenty of shelves and hangers which was especially appreciated by my wife. And our 4 years old son was more than happy with the Samsung Smart TV in the living room as he could watch his favorite cartoons on YouTube. The location of the apartment is great as it's close to the port and beach with the big selection of bars and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. We also found Sergio's recommendations for the local restaurants very useful.

We had wonderful days in Terracina. Azzurra was very nice, always provided great help and responded quickly to inquiries.

Elettra is a very kind person and Accurate. The location of the house is great for downtown and also for us who had to go to university. Highly recommended!

It was a short but intense stay, really everything impeccable, apartment managed and cared for in the smallest details, host really super available. Great location for walking around. I really have nothing to complain about, if I ever go back I'll definitely know where to stay.

Stunning location, charming little house

The stay was just perfect! The house was clean, cozy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was strategic, perfect for exploring the area. The host was extremely kind, helpful and always ready to answer any questions. Every detail has been taken care of with great attention, making us feel at home. We couldn't have asked for more! We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

Both the agency and most of all the house owner were very nuce and helpful! The owner came to pick me up at the train station and was always prompt and available for any issues or questions. Highly recommended!!!

My daughter and our dog were guests in the accommodation, we had a great time, a super clean house, accurate with everything you need, I really appreciated the whirlpool oven with the crispy that I often use at home, the sea is a 5-minute walk away... in short, everything is top! The location is very convenient, in the center of Aprilia. Every hour there is a train to Rome. The room was very clean. Valeria was helpful in everything we needed. She organized transfer to airport for us. And the two cats were friendly! If you like cats you must rent this room!

Clean, tidy , quiet apartment despite being a stone's throw from the streets of downtown. Equipped with two TVs with Netflix. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare lunches/dinners to eat in the delicious and intimate outdoor garden. Antonio is a very helpful person for any advice. We had a great time.
