Brand new studio, very nice and tastefully furnished. Nothing is missing, very well soundproofed and with fabulous air conditioning. The bathroom is comfortable with a spacious shower. The balcony overlooking a private garden is fabulous. Very central and convenient location to reach the beaches on foot in five minutes.

Great place for 2 guests! Right by the historical center which was very beautiful. Alessandro was a great host and was very responsive!!

We really enjoyed our stay in Nettuno! The view from the balcony was breathtaking und it was super close to the beach! The Appartement was really clean and cozy!

Seriousness and professionalism

Very nice villa near the sea, well-kept and tastefully furnished, spacious and stocked with everything, with plenty of kitchen utensils and to enjoy the lovely garden. The rooms are comfortable and with many closets, several televisions, air conditioning and fans available. In 7 you are perfectly comfortable. The area is residential and quiet. The sea is a 4-minute walk away. Even our dog had a great time, with the fence around the house he could stay in the garden in the cool while we went to the beach. The host Nicola is very kind and helpful and Mr. Maurizio is always ready to help for any eventuality. In short, a perfect experience and definitely to be repeated!

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Muna is the most exquisite and kind host on Airbnb. She is connected to the town and introduced me to local storekeepers (it's off-season so might not be possible when tourists are in town). Muna is so friendly and generous. I can't wait to return. Couple notes- it's November and the sunsets are amazing! Apartment faces northwest so no direct sun in winter but the patio gets great sun mid day through sunset. The tortoises will steal your heart. Perfect location with access to beach, cafe and only a few flights up to the centro antico. Week in Sperlonga Is heaven!!!

We had a very pleasant stay at Thomas's place. The weather was not the best, but being close to wonderful sites such as "the Cave of Tiberius", Sperlonga and "Temple of Jupiter" Terracina, we made the most of our stay. The house is well-stocked and the garden is lovely. For future visitors, pay attention to the speed cameras on Via Flacca! Happy holidays, everyone : )

Great stay in an affordable apartment. Great communication with the host, food and visit recommendations. The apartment very clean with comfortable equipment. The only downside is lack of private parking place because public parking in Gaeta is quite expensive (15 EUR per day). I can definitely recommend this place to stay.

we liked it from the first glance, we even entered an hour and a half in advance. Friendly and very kind concierge service. the view as soon as you enter is beautiful, it almost seems like you're on a cruise. The apartment is perfect for spending relaxing days and for reaching the beach without the usual hassle of getting around. Host always available even in August. A truly wonderful experience and place. The location is perfect, with plenty of room and amenities needed to feel right at home. The hosts were wonderful and quickly answered any questions, would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

We had an amazing time. Monica could not be nicer and was very responsive coordinating taxis for us from and to the train station and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The location cannot be beat. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful apartment in a very convenient location. Incredibly clean! Steps from the beach and center of town. We had no issues finding free parking, just around the corner.
