CASA VALENTINA The apartment, located in the heart of the beautiful and quiet historic center of Medieval Gaeta, overlooks the wonderful Gulf of Gaeta. The two bedrooms, one with a view of the Gulf, are both equipped with a double bed, a wrought iron wardrobe and smartTV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and washing machine.

Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Bright and charming little apartment overlooking “La Piazzetta” in the Old Town. It has a queen-size bed (140 cm x 190 cm) on the mezzanine, and there is also a small sofa bed (70 cm x 180 cm) next to the (well-equipped) kitchen. Not suitable for people with limited mobility or individuals of large build; the access staircase to the loft is not a standard staircase (see images). The windows are energy-efficient. Climate control. Heating. Sheets not ironed ;)

The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
