Superb location. Peaceful setting. Well appointed villa. Comfy settees and bed. Well equipped kitchen. Effective Wi Fi but no TV. Ideally situated for getting train to Naples and Rome. 15 min drive to local railway station where parking cost 8€ a day. Managed to visit Herculaneum, Pompeii, Rome for two days , Monte Cassino which boasts the most beautiful cathedral, local beaches at Sperlonga are beautiful and old Gaeta town which is well worth a visit. Mary and Salvatore were superb, super responsive in addressing any queries we had. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated. You must have a car to be able to enjoy this villa. Highly recommended

We had an excellent day and night in this apartment. The view is incredible. A lot of things in the kitchen for cooking. You don’t want to get out from this house maybe we would have appreciate a bottle of milk or something for breakfast. Could be an extra point. The bed was ok but not crazy. The rest perfect

Accommodation corresponding to the description and photos of recent renovation offers all the comforts and is close to the beach and the center. Very convenient car garage. Alessia was precise and collaborative

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

I recommend this house more than more than more. Especially having stayed in other houses before… and especially Francesca She is friendly, kind, caring. The house is extremely well equipped with sheets, towels, flour, sugar …. Everything you need The pool, the balls⚽️, the sunbathing, the calm, the beautiful garden is very pleasant and relaxing I would definitely stay again and the kids would too. Staying with Anna Maria and Matteo was corroborating, it allowed us to "unplug" and regain strength after a tiring period. The house welcomed us with warmth, the warm and familiar environment, thanks to the Christmas decorations, immediately put us at ease. The house was clean, the rooms were spacious, the kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs projector downstairs is a real treat, which made our family evenings special. We thank Matteo for his availability and culinary suggestions.

Wednesday, your place is all about detail. Every little thing is in the right place, and that combined with the nicest view and authentic garden made for a wonderful stay. When we return to Italy, we will make the detour to stay with you again.

We booked this villa for the Easter and Easter Monday holidays, there were 12 of us, strategic location and breathtaking views. To be returned to with the opening of the pool. Antonio and Pasquale were very kind and helpful. A 5-star experience!

Eleonora was a great host! Also responsive and helpful with our numerous questions. The house is well equipped and the pool was perfect, even for begging of October. The area is calm and enjoyed it to relax with our baby. Thank you Eleonora!

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

Great Location and lovely House with pool, would go back and feel at home. Comfortable, Privacy, Clean and spacious and all one can wish for. Great Host!

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

WOW, is all i can say!! As most of the other reviews have said, the photos of the villa and surrounds do not do the Villa justice, it is truly a special place. We were very late meeting to pick up the keys due to issues with car hire at the airport, but the hosts waited for us with no issues and were very kind and understanding. When we arrived at the villa we were shown around and our jaws continued to drop the more we were shown! Amazing large pool, amazing outdoors kitchen with bbq, pizza oven and sink all covered , perfect for alfresco dining. Lots of little places to sneak away and relax. All the rooms in the villa were spotlessly clean, the bedrooms most with their own balconies and en-suites were a great size. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs for cooking / cleaning etc, and the added bonus of a laundry room meant to no washing at home! The hosts were fantastically responsive at all times, helping us locate shops / eateries etc. Cant wait to come back!!

Lovely house in a little village with 3 great pools, astro pitch, tennis court, playground, mini market, cafe/bar on site. Swim hats are required for the pools. House is well equipped with all necessities. Car required. Daniela a great host and always available to answer queries.

One night, with a child and a dog. The hostess was friendly and considerate of our dog. She gave us tips for the area. The facility corresponds to the description and the place was clean. We were offered breakfast. However, I would still like to mention the following: The neighbors' free-range dogs might have bothered us, but only during a longer stay - with our own dog. (Walks with dogs are only possible to a limited extent here) Plus point: Parking right in front of the property is possible. Overall, we were really satisfied! Thanks!

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

The house was great highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a break away near the beach and a short walk to the town. Excellent host and roomy rooms. Many thanks

Lovely home and very welcoming host.

I have rarely been surprised so positive by a place where I already had very high expectations. Michele, Clarissa's father, has made a real jewel. A manicured estate in every detail with a breathtaking view of the lake. A movie setting. Very clean and equipped with every comfort; when you arrive you find it already cooled with the air conditioner, Michele welcomes you with a toast to introduce yourself and in two seconds you are in paradise. The garden (which looks like a golf course) overlooks the lake where for guests there is a pedal boat from which to admire the nature around (woods, royal germs and herons) and the wonderful sunsets that color the water and the sky. The amount of services offered is endless. It is a location that is comfortably in the luxury category. Michele is a great landlord and a great cook.

Elisabetta's home is delicious, nicer than it looks in the photos. It is equipped with everything, has a nice patio to eat and relax, but above all it is a short walk from the sea! My friends and I had a great time and recommend it

Great if you're in a group. The strong point of the house is the outdoor space where you can enjoy the sun or cook on the grill.

The place was great. The location was perfect to restaurants , shopping and beach. The host even picked us up at the airport when we arrived :-).
