This was a great stay and very close to the beach. There is a store right across from the apartment and Max coordinated us a parking spot nearby thatvwr did pay for. He welco.ed us and explained everything about the apartment upon arrival, would recommend this place.

The accommodation is a gem, equipped with everything and tastefully furnished. Host Raffaele is super helpful and very responsive. The value for the money is great. I am very satisfied.

We loved staying here, kitchen was very well equiped; having umbrella with sunbeds and an entrance to the beach is awesome.

We loved the apartment. The view from the balconies, Airconditioning was sooo relieving after time in the hot sun, cleanliness, and family friendly puppetry. Super fun place we recommend!

We traveled to Sperlonga with our small children. What an amazing and beautiful place, the apartment had a spectacular view of the ocean and was very comfortable for us. Our hosts were very accommodating of our many needs including finding a doctor for us on a scary day where our youngest fell sick. Cannot say enough good things about the town, the apartment, and our gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

This stay was great! The apartment looks exactly as pictured. It is located a few minutes from the beach and great shops/restaurants. Mirko was very communicative and friendly with us. We’d stay again!

We stayed in this apartment for one night and had a very good time. The apartment perfectly matches what is shown in the photos. The kitchen is well-stocked, with all the necessary accessories and appliances, all clean and carefully arranged. The bathroom was also perfectly clean and sanitized, with a hairdryer available. The room was tidy, with clean sheets and towels, decorated with an elegant bow. The location is great: it is at the beginning of the Via Appia and you can easily reach the beach on foot. Special thanks to Lorella and Aldo for their kindness and helpfulness: they answered all our questions and clearly explained how to get to the beach. We recommend it!

It was a really lovely place. Arianna even cared for our Baby with a Special Chair/bed/bathtub. perfekt for us!

The apartment is located in the historic center at the top of Sperlonga a few steps from the multi-story parking lot. The terrace has a priceless view and is beautiful to use for lunch and dinner. A large umbrella ensures shade during the day. A warm shower on the terrace is practical and pleasant. The fan and air conditioning allow you to sleep outdoors. Recommended for those who have no problem making walking floors whose effort is paid for by the terrace and the super central location. The height allows you not to hear the sounds of nightlife.

Very clean and very comfortable apartment in a building with very convenient indoor parking 100 meters from the sea in a very quiet area. Mrs. Rinalda is very kind and helpful. We spent 4 days of total serenity

This is a really lovely apartment, right in the middle of the Old Town. Very pretty, light-filled sitting room with a beautiful view over the rooftops out towards the sea. Both bathrooms were great and very clean. Helpful, responsive owner. We would love to stay again some time.

Our holiday in Sperlonga was perfect - the apartment was a big part of it. It corresponded to the description in everything, was clean and conveniently furnished. The parking was important to us. The location is good for everything: shopping, visiting restaurants, going to the sea. Breakfast on the large terrace overlooking the sea is also remembered. Communication with Giulio was always easy with speedy responses. He started our vacation with his friendly manner and also closed it again. Thanks for that! We will be happy to come again.

A very nice and quiet place to spend a few days, the view is very nice and the place is very pleasant, I would definitely stay with Luca and Agata again.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed it. The kitchen was well equipped, very clean and everything was to a very high standard. It's very close to Latina centre and in a quiet street. I would recommend.

We had the best possible stay. Marco was responsive a week before our arrival with recommendations which were so helpful. The place was spotless and we had an easy early check in. It is very accessible to bars and restaurants in the area which we loved. Breakfast was also provided with great communication from Marco. Overall a fantastic experience and I’ll be recommending to my family and friends.

Melanie was a great host: she was responsive and gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found everything very tidy, clean, and instructions for using the hot tub. We really enjoyed the wine offered from their production. Great place to take a moment to relax. Recommended! We'll definitely be back!

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!
