Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Spello

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni molto piacevoli nell’ alloggio di Felicita, e abbiamo apprezzato la sua simpatia, cordialità e gentilezza, ci ha fatto trovare tutto quello che serviva per la prima colazione caffè, latte, marmellata, fette biscottate ecc.. L’appartamento giusto per due persone era pulito e ordinato e si trova in un’ottima posizione. Consiglio a chi vuole visitare Spoleto e dintorni dí soggiornare da Felicita, noi abbiamo avuto un’esperienza molto positiva.

Casa comoda ( anche come posizione!) e completa di tutto.Alessandra ci ha dato anche un sacco di spunti su cosa visitare tant'è che ascoltandola abbiamo aggiustato i nostri piani. un dettaglio in più: bellissimi libri illustrati a disposizione per i bambini e un set di detersivi e alimenti a disposizione che fa sentire "curati" . complimenti!

Ci serviva un posticino per una notte e ci imbattiamo in questo appartamento. Gia nelle conversazioni precedenti al giorno del check in valentina si è mostrata disponibile, educata e proattiva. All’arrivo ci riceve la mamma manuela che ci ha accoglie in maniera estremamente carina ed esaustiva. Ci ha fatto sentire proprio a casa. L’appartamento è grande (anche più di quello che a noi serviva) e comprensivo di ogni comfort. Piccolo dettaglio che a me appassionato è piaciuto molto sono le imbarcazione costruite a mano. Molto molto belle. Nel complesso sicuramente consigliato anche per la posizione perché ho scoperto che umbertide è veramente un bel paese. Grazie Valentina e Manuela

Feeruccio is a great host! The location of his apt was perfect, it was on the main square. Cafes and restaurants were right outside the door. The space was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great time at Giulana’s place. Perfect location in the very center of the city. Very comfortable place, very well equipped, lot of space for everyone. The host is very collaborative for any need. Everything in the house worked well: heating, hot water, chicken, bathroom. Very recommended! The only issue is the parking if you have a car. Since the apartment is in the center of the old city you have to walk down for the parking and in the morning the center is closed for non residents cars.

Abbiamo soggiornato a Casa Lieta per due notti e l’esperienza è stata davvero piacevole. L’alloggio era pulitissimo, curato nei dettagli e accogliente fin dal primo momento. I padroni di casa si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili, disponibili e attenti, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. La posizione è comoda e facilmente raggiungibile, con la possibilità di parcheggiare l’auto all’interno della struttura, un plus non da poco. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda il bagno: la doccia condivide lo spazio con il wc e il bidet, quindi, una volta utilizzata, tutto il pavimento resta bagnato, rendendo molto scomodo l’uso dei sanitari e con rischio di scivolare. A parte questo piccolo inconveniente, ci siamo trovati benissimo e consigliamo Casa Lieta a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo, pulito e con proprietari gentilissimi.

Alessandro was an excellent host, of all the Airbnb's we've stayed in, he was the best host! He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. I would not pass up staying here. The place was comfortable and clean. Most importantly the beds were comfortable. The rooms and furnishings were gorgeous, it is a beautiful apartment. We loved the location. It was central in the town center so everything was within a short walk. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Ale!

We really enjoyed Francesco's apartment. It has everything it needs to feel like a home away from home. The location was good, and once you work out the escalators you can bypass the steep climbs. There were good restaurants and bars nearby. Overall, I'd happily stay here again.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir in das schöne Zuhause von Andreas und Natchana angekommen sind waren wir begeistert von den Charme und der Einrichtung. Hier ist der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, es sind zwei liebe Orte in der Nähe wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte. Aber auch schöne Ausflugsziele wie Florenz & Siena sind in ca. 1 - 1/2 Stunden erreichbar sowie viele andere liebe Orte. Können das Casa Sul Mezo sehr empfehlen. Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Très belle maison avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) à l’intérieur comme à l’extérieur. La maison est un peu éloignée des restaurants/activités disponibles dans la région mais cela vaut le coup d’y séjourner au vu du calme, de la belle vue depuis la terrasse et de la maison superbe

Was lovely to stay at one of the apartments on Renato's estate. Renato and his wife are very kind and friendly and made us feel at home. The estate is very secluded on hilltop 5km drive from the village, with beautiful grounds providing enough privacy for individual apartments as well as a restful setting. Would love to go back next time we're in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Silvia was very responsive, and she even brought us pizza upon our late arrival! The grounds are gorgeous and the views were incredible. The villa itself was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Highly recommended.

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

L’alloggio di Rossella è confortevole, ampio, ben strutturato e con tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 e ci siamo trovati benissimo, le camere sono molto ampie, un bel giardino molto curato, così come il caminetto e il barbecue. Sicuramente non possiamo che consigliare l’alloggio di Rossella.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house. The design is thoughtful and stylish, the view is breathtaking, and the library is a real gem. Such a peaceful and inspiring space. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The co-host who welcomed us was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in smooth and easy. It truly felt like a home away from home. Abbiamo soggiornato in questa splendida villa durante il periodo natalizio, e l'esperienza è stata semplicemente perfetta! La villa è bellissima, ampia e confortevole, arredata con gusto e dotata di ogni comfort immaginabile. Il grande giardino che la circonda, completo di piscina, regala un’atmosfera di pace e relax che ci ha conquistato fin da subito. Un ringraziamento speciale alla signora Mirella e a suo marito, persone squisite e sempre disponibili, che ci hanno accolto con calore e professionalità. Quando abbiamo avuto un problema serio durante il nostro soggiorno, si sono mostrati incredibilmente comprensivi e ci hanno permesso di rimanere un giorno in più rispetto al previsto, aiutandoci con grande gentilezza. Un luogo ideale per chi cerca tranquillità, comodità e ospitalità di altissimo livello. Non possiamo che consigliare questa villa e speriamo di poterci tornare presto! Grazie di cuore per tutto!

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

This was a great base for exploring the towns and islands on the lake as well as for day trips to Florence and Perugia. The apartment is clean, well-equipped and is very close to the town centre and the lake. It’s also set back on a quiet street away from the main road. Giovanni was helpful and responsive throughout our stay, meeting us at check-in and giving us some local recommendations. Overall, an excellent stay.

L'appartamento è meraviglioso e dotato di tutto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla che permette di raggiungere in auto in pochi minuti sia Perugia che Assisi. Veramente perfetto!

L’Host Nicola è molto disponibile. La casa si presenta nel centro del borgo di Castiglione. A 10 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere il lago e nel centro ci sono trattorie e negozi con prodotti locali. Indicazioni chiare per check in e check out e accoglienza con cialde per caffè comprese nel prezzo

Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento di Diego a Pasqua 2025. Eravamo 4 adulti ed un bambino. L'appartamento era comodo, pulitissimo e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Corrispondeva perfettamente alla descrizione ed alle foto. La zona in cui si trova la casa è molto tranquilla e non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio per l'auto. Diego, pur non avendolo conosciuto di persona, si è dimostrato un host amichevole e sempre pronto a dare consigli ed indicazioni tramite chat. Esperienza ottima. Consigliatissimo

The apartment is amazing! It’s in a great location to see all the best sights in Perugia. The minimetro stops nearby and the best grocery store in town is a very short walk away. The apartment is well equipped for a long stay. We had all the pots and pans we needed to cook our meals during our month long visit. Finally, Christina is a kind a welcoming host! She provided valuable information and was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

L'alloggio di Gianluca e Alessandra è veramente un gioiello. Spazioso, ben attrezzato e pulitissimo, come fosse stato ristrutturato da pochi giorni!! Tutto è stato studiato nei dettagli affinché il soggiorno sia piacevole. Ogni stanza è congegnata in modo da offrire tutti i comfort che posso servire per soggiorno anche di lunga durata. La posizione dell'alloggio è strategica e in una zona molto tranquilla in cui si trovano trattorie, supermercati e negozi di artigianato. Gianluca ci accolti di persona e da subito ha dimostrato di essere un host accogliente e molto disponibile, tanto che l'impressione è stata quella di aver trascorso alcuni giorni a casa di amici.
