The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

The Airbnb was very beautiful and well maintained and exceeded my expectations. The area was very convenient and nice. The communication with the host went very smoothly, he was very friendly. I definitely recommend the place.

Our stay at the 29 civic studio apartment was excellent. The impeccable cleanliness, the spaciousness of the studio, and the comfortable private parking space made our stay very pleasant. The apartment has all the necessary amenities, it made us feel at home. The owner, despite an unexpected personal situation, was always available and attentive to our needs and guaranteed us constant communication. Only small aspects to improve: A small tweak on the main bed would make the rest perfect, and the pool is a little far from the apartment. Despite this, we highly recommend this apartment for its comfort, amenities, and host attention. We will definitely be back in the future.

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

Clean accommodation, with everything you need, near the historic center, 10-minute walk, garden and absolute calm. Giuseppe is a friendly and welcoming person and always available for any request. I recommend this place and will gladly return.

Great location, on a street full of bars and restaurants (and a bookshop and art spaces!) and just 5 min from the centre (uphill walk). The flat is spacious and well arranged and decorated, on the ground floor of an old building. Basic equipment in the kitchen (we didn’t cook), good size bedroom. It was a really great stay. On the things that could be improved: mattress feels a bit battered, and check-in was tricky as keys are fiddly (and it was late at night with no working light in the corridor. Once you learn how to make them work it is all fine!) Thanks for having us, we will be back when we are next in Perugia.

Small and cosy place, perfect for a few days exploring Perugia and surrounding areas. Within walking distance to the main historic centre and close to local bars, restaurants and shops. Paid parking area very nearby and although expensive it was convenient to leave the car for a couple of days. Great apartment.

Very spacious apartment with attention to details. We felt right at home. The hosts had also left some things for breakfast (including milk, jams, tarts, etc.) and for cleaning. We didn't have to think about shopping because the bare necessities were already there (such as coffee for the morning, hand soap, etc.). Personal hygiene kits were also stored in the bathroom, which were much appreciated. Fabio and Monica were very helpful, responsive and friendly. A very positive experience!

We felt super pampered, beautiful suite, furnished in a refined way,complete with every comfort,steam room and jacuzzi were the icing on the cake... The staff is present and available,the breakfast is fantastic,wide choice and everything is delicious! We'll definitely be back!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Very tastefully decorated apartment. Very quiet and only about a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of Perugia with delicious restaurants and nice bars. There is also a nice bar around the corner of the apartment. Highly recommended.

This is a jewel of a property. We were looking for a restful and relaxing place in the Italian countryside and this is it!! The amenities are great, Ilario and his wife and their son, Ricardo are lovely people and they are so grateful for your business and make you feel right at home! Our rental unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need to cook meals in house of which we did. The bed is very comfortable!! Even though you are out in the country you are still close enough for many of the beautiful sights of this part of Italy. We will definitely return!!

The photos are not accurate - it was better! We came in winter time and still it was beautiful! Nice host with a warm welcome and nice recommendations for the area. We had such a nice time and the view! Wowww!
