E' su due livelli: piano terra con un grande open space con pranzo, zona cucina, soggiorno con camino e area con letto matrimoniale, al piano sotto il bagno. L'alloggio ha un condizionatore. Le volte di mattoni, i muri in pietra e il pavimento in cotto antico lo rendono unico.
