Vacation rentals with a patio in Spello

Very happy we chose this apartment. It is located in the East side of Spello which is the better side - the best scenery, and we only heard the countryside. Easy walk to the village centre, can also recommend the charming aquaduct walk nearby. Very old building but modernised interior. We did not meet Argen in person, but he responded very quickly to any queries.

This is a stylish, well equipped, well located apartment that combines historical ambience and a modern vibe very well. Simone is a great host and makes it all effortless. There’s great attention to detail as well from a decent coffee machine, to olive oil and balsamic vinegar to sharp knives and nice wine glasses. A great place to stay in Assisi. Highly recommended.

Tutto assolutamente perfetto. Roberto e Alice sono degli host splendidi, un benvenuto così capita davvero di rado. La casa è davvero grande, confortevole e con tutto quello che serve (anche di più!). La zona è perfetta, a due passi dal minimetro che porta in centro e della stazione dei treni. E poi, ciliegina sulla torta, a 117 passi (contati!) dalla casa c'è la trattoria Murales, dove si mangia DIVINAMENTE e si spende il giusto. Se venite a Perugia, QUESTO è l'alloggio da scegliere. Senza "se" e senza "ma"

O apartamento é ótimo, exatamente como descrito no anúncio. Um pouco afastado do centro histórico (cerca de 30 minutos a pé), mas o caminho é agradável. A anfitriã foi muito gentil, deixou café e outras coisas para usarmos na cozinha. A única coisa não tão boa é o chuveiro, que é bem fraco e tem mudanças bruscas de temperatura.

Bellissima esperienza, Elisa è stata veramente accogliente e disponibile con noi. La sua gentilezza unita alla sua professionalità hanno reso la nostra esperienza unica e piacevole. La stanza rispettava le nostre aspettative, pulita e impeccabile. La location è perfetta, facile da raggiungere e molto strategica. Consiglio a chiunque cerchi comfort e aria di casa☺️

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni splendidi ad Assisi, e questo alloggio si è rivelato perfetto come punto di partenza per esplorare la città. Situato in pieno centro, è comodissimo per visitare le principali attrazioni a piedi, immergendosi nella bellezza e nella storia del luogo. L’appartamento è tranquillo, curato, pulito e ben attrezzato, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Daniela e Alessandro sono stati cordiali e disponibili, fornendoci anche utili suggerimenti per godere al meglio dell’esperienza. Un’ottima scelta per chi vuole vivere Assisi da dentro, con la comodità di avere tutto a portata di mano.

We stayed here for a month and had a great time. It was one of the few places we could find that looked modern. Super clean apartment, centrally located for exploring the area (less than 10 minutes drive to Assisi), and Emanuale is very accessible and helpful. If we come back to Italy, we will definitely return here. Thank you!

This is a fabulous large private one storey house with a gorgeous safe garden for our dogs. It’s amazing to be so central in Spello with charming streets, restaurants, bars and boutiques and yet still peaceful and quiet in this property with garden. Sitting outside in various seating options was lovely. Manuela was really helpful even carrying some of our luggage from the square to the house while we had the dogs! A lovely bottle of wine and snacks awaited. There were lots of basics provided which was very useful. All clean and authentic with everything you could think of. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights though! The walk up the steps to the car park is most definitely well worth it 🥰

Siamo stati solo una notte dunque non ho un’esperienza di lunga durata. Non c’è stato nessunissimo problema, l’host super disponibile e reattiva e la casa bellissima immersa nella campagna.

Riccardo é Michele’s place is a step back in time with modern amenities and the medieval mood we were looking for. It’s a comfortable and easy place that makes you feel at home. The private garden and somehow the entrance with its ‘cloister feel’ and even a little grotto is quite special and in the heart of Assisi. Location wonderful, comfortable and cozy living quaintly special place, and all worked perfectly. I’d be back anytime! I’d be back anytime. Thanks!

Marco e Chiara sono padroni di casa ineccepibili. Simpatici, sempre pronti nelle risposte, disponibili e pieni di ottime indicazioni e consigli sui dintorni (ristoranti, escursioni, shopping di prodotti tipici…) . Casa Azul è una casa davvero bella e particolare. Non solo concepita per alloggiarci ma per essere vissuta proprio come casa tua. Completa di tutto ed in una posizione ideale per raggiungere tutte le classiche mete umbre. Vi abbiamo alloggiato molto comodamente in 6 oltre ad una cagnolina, nei confronti della quale i proprietari di casa sono stati molto accoglienti. Se tornerò in zona cercherò di ripetere l’esperienza di Casa Azul!

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Als wir in das schöne Zuhause von Andreas und Natchana angekommen sind waren wir begeistert von den Charme und der Einrichtung. Hier ist der perfekte Ort um zur Ruhe zu kommen. Auch die Lage war perfekt, es sind zwei liebe Orte in der Nähe wenn man nicht weit fahren möchte. Aber auch schöne Ausflugsziele wie Florenz & Siena sind in ca. 1 - 1/2 Stunden erreichbar sowie viele andere liebe Orte. Können das Casa Sul Mezo sehr empfehlen. Haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt.

Spacious house with wonderful pool and a nice view into the sunset. I want to highlight the friendliness of the owners and also the lovely Deruta ceramic pieces you will find everywhere in the house.

We enjoyed Silvia‘s paradise on the hills of Umbria. The surroundings are amazing and our apartment was rustic and simply wonderful. Our kids absolutely loved playing outside with Silvia‘s family‘ pets. The pool area is beautiful as well and we would have loved to use it more had the weather been better. We took a pasta class with Alberto and all four of us enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and are eager to apply our newly found knowledge about making delicious pasta. Finally, we appreciated the tips about the area and were especially impressed by medieval Gubbio! We definitely want to come back and hopefully, will bring our extended family with us next time.

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

Vacanza indimenticabile. L'agriturismo e la piscina sono immersi nella natura. Sdraio, lettini, ombrelloni, tutto l'ambiente della piscina e la zona privata di giardino sono molto curati. La parte privata di giardino è a vista ma questo non disturba. Casa pulitissima. Ci piacerebbe ritornare.

Spacious, clean and comfortable apartment in a quiet residential area with a nice garden and outside seating. Approx. 15 minute walk into town centre, train station approx 25 minutes walk. The apartment was easy to access via lockbox and hosts were friendly and communicative. Good base for exploring the area and Foligno itself.

Frederica's place is fantastic. An amazing location in a beautiful city. Inside the flat is modern, but sympathetic to the wonderful old building. This is a really special place and I loved staying there. Frederica was a great host.

we have been here the second time now and can really recommend it :-) best hosts in all of Italy!

Alloggiare nell' appartamento di Tania è stato confortevole. Come essere a casa. L' appartamento è dotato di ogni tipologia di comfort, pulito, ha un comodo parcheggio ed offre una vista di Todi a dir poco spettacolare. Tania è stata sempre molto gentile, attenta e scrupolosa. I suoi consigli su come muoversi o dove mangiare a Todi sono stati eccezionali. Da ritornarci!

We visited this beautiful city because our daughter was studying abroad at the Umbra Institute. Location was perfect with lots to do and accessible to everything. Our hosts were super responsive with never a delay in answering our questions. The people of Perusia were one of the kindest humans on earth - we just loved everything about it. We also rented a car which made it easier to visit other towns during our stay - Montepulciano, Pienza, Assisi, Spello and Cortona. While a bit stressful at first driving, we were happy that we did! Lastly, best cafe croissant place in Perugia is Arco Cafe. Our daughter loves it and we know why - we had plenty of other cafes and no one came close. Without a doubt, if your travels bring you to Perusia - I would highly recommend this apartment.
