We had a great time. Wonderful garden where you can enjoy yourself and very friendly and helpful hosts.

The apartment and the entire house including the property are very well maintained. Everything has a personal touch, so we felt very comfortable. There are various toys, puzzles and paintings for children - our children especially liked that. The kitchen was very well equipped and left nothing to be desired for us. The location right by the city harbor is awesome. You are immediately on the water and play and bathing facilities for children are just a stone's throw away. Shopping facilities nearby are within walking distance, as is the zoo. You can start beautiful excursions by bike directly from the apartment and there is a bicycle shed in the garden to park the bikes. We felt completely comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and always had time for a conversation. We recommend the place.

The apartment we liked very well. Rewe and Aldi right next door. The lake was nice for bathing.

We had a lovely two nights in Marianne's suite. It was nicely appointed and private and the garden area is really nice. Marianne herself was friendly and welcoming and patient with us despite our less than perfect German. There was some confusion about a repair needed on the lower apartment during our stay but Marianne navigated that politly and was apologetic for the disruption during our stay. Overall we had a very nice time and I would stay again if we are bicycle touring nearby.
