Monthly Rentals in Sparta

It was a great one night getaway from the City beautiful sunrise rises, & sets very peaceful. The cinnamon rolls were amazing and it was nice to have fresh eggs and snacks for my children. Can't wait until the next time we're able to come and participate in some farm activities.

I had an unexpected family emergency, Andy’s place was available, he understood the urgency of my need and helped me out quickly! It took what could have been a distressing time and made things much easier for me. I am grateful and will go back again if needed!

This was a great place to make as a home away from home! Although the unit was way more spacious than we expected from the outside, it still felt warm and cozy. The area is so peaceful and quiet and feels really safe. We had all the essentials and loved the full-size washer and dryer! We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this unit.

My daughter organized this overnight spring break trip for us to go on and chose Kerry’s place. The space was perfect for what we needed and worked well for us. Getting up to the beds was an interesting challenge with the steps and the ladder, and the welcoming note from Kerry made us feel right at home.
