All Season Muskoka Retreat on Sparrow Lake

Perfect retreat only 1.5 hour drive from Toronto. Our cottage is situated on a quiet bay with 165 feet of Lake Frontage. The cottage is about 1400 sq ft with a large deck. There are 3 bedrooms inside the cottage and sleeps up to 8. There is also a Bunkie with a sofa that turns into a full bed for added sleeping space in the summer. It has a large lawn that leads all the way to the dock and sandy, shallow waterfront.
