The principle bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen bunk bed (qn bttm, qn top). The house features a large deck with a gas bbq, outdoor dining, and lots of lounging space. Right behind the townhouse is a beautiful nature ravine with lots of trails. Come, enjoy and relax. Imagine starting your day reconnecting with nature amidst wooded walking trails. Along your walk you see geese swimming in the river, goats exploring the woods, and Highland cattle grazing in the pasture. Upon return, you open the door to the crackle & pop of a toasty wood burning sauna, followed by an icy cold plunge in the river. *No air-conditioning*

Very spacious apartment (approximately 1600 sq. ft.) with private entrance. Located in Severn Bridge close to Hwy 11 at the Trent Severn waterway only 10 mins south of Gravenhurst. There are approximately 20 lakes and rivers within 30 minutes of the house with the closest one being only 5 minutes away. A guide book is offered in the suite that is full of recommendations for fun! Between Gravenhurst, Orillia, Bracebridge and Bala, there is always something exciting going on!
