Vacation rentals with a pool in Space Coast

We booked this place for a place to stay before our cruise and it was perfect! The house is spotlessly clean and uncluttered, open and very nicely styled. My kids and I were able to chill-out! We loved the pool and great yard. The house is close to the village and filled with restaurants and shops. And we were 15 minutes from Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. I wish we had a few days booked after our cruise to come back. I would recommend the house for families or no-kid adventures, great fit either way. I should note that Anee was very responsive and helpful in all communications.

You never know what you’re going to get when you’re traveling four states away to an Airbnb, but this location was exactly as described. The space was set up well and had everything we needed, and then some. Our kids loved being able to run outside to the pool whenever the mood struck, and we drank our coffee in the back yard each morning. We loved relaxing here!

Beautiful house! Close to the beach and so much to do. You’re not going to find a more well maintained or thoughtful bnb! We will definitely stay again.

The listing is accurate and she has thought of everything that a guest would need for their vacation. No skimping on supplies and no crazy chore list! There is so much to do in the house alone on nights you stay in. Whether you want to relax in the pool or hot tub, watch tv, dine-in or play games of ALL kinds. The list goes on. There is definitely, something for everyone here! It was great to have coffee and snacks in the morning before we were able to go shopping for the week. Very clean, well-stocked and beautifully decorated. She is an extremely responsive host and we would highly recommend staying there for a fun, safe and comfortable place for vacation because it just feels like home.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The home was beautiful and peaceful. We spent most of our time outside and in the pool. We were given early check in and late check out, which was very nice. I wish we would have been able to stay for more than 2 days but planning on coming back for a longer stay!

Matthew was a great host. The house was beautiful, and exactly as described in the listing. The rooms were clean and beautiful. The pool was amazing! My family had a great time! Matthew was also amazing at rectifying any concerns and always responded to messages quickly. I am looking forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Eryka showed a genuine interest in making sure that her guests were happy and satisfied. The place was perfect, the amenities were perfect. Eryka's beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, carrying wagon, washer & dryer, swimming pool, television, bedsheets, you name it, we were happy with all of it. We've stayed at other places where the beach chairs were rusty and non-functional, the beach umbrellas were also non-functional and useless. Not here. Here you have everything you need.

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

My family and I enjoyed Emma's condo! It was clean, spacious and we felt right at home. She was easy to work as well. Great location to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery stores and Cocoa Beach Pier. The pool was a plus with having kids. Lots of beach items and home items to use. We would definitely book again here. We love Cocoa Beach!

As parents of an FIT student, this cute condo was perfect for trips to the college, beach, stores, and restaurants! Michelle was very communicative and flexible which we appreciated and we will definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook as we made some fresh meals for our son, and parking is easy with an elevator to the third floor if one needs. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit which masks some of the traffic and train noise. The balcony and kitchen window have a serene view of the marina. Very nice!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!
