Great location on the water and perfect fit for 2 adults and 1 child. Hosts were responsive and friendly. Enjoyed the fire pit and even got to watch a rocket launch from the yard. Guest house was exactly as described. Would highly recommend!

This AirBnb is definitely one of the best I've stayed at! It was clean, and well maintained, as well as had many of the things you'd like to have accessible in your own home (soap, towels, kitchen utensils/spices) and we felt right at home in the cozy space! I adored how the home was decorated and felt right at home! When visiting Cocoa again, we'd love the opportunity to stay here again!

Peaceful, comfortable place with friendly hosts and animals; many places for walks, bike rides, and rollerblading (wish I'd brought mine); close drive to stores, restaurants and attractions; definitely would stay again; the cats were our favorites

Perfect location for my Orlando golf outing. So restful that I have rebooked it on my return swing back thru Central Florida. Wonderful host family in the main house and the over garage rental is super clean, spacious and comfortable...looks and feels newly remodeled. The large shower and bed is perfect after long days on the golf course. The downstairs kitchen had everything I needed and was exceptionally clean. The separate entrance is very convenient as is the visitor parking space.

This is the second time we stay at Ian's unit. The unit is very nice, clean, private, and has ample parking. Headwaters Lake is within minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be back as soon as possible.

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect to go visit the Kennedy Space Center as well as Merritt Island and Cocoa Beach. The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed. I also loved that you can tell that there was love poured into the construction of this Hidden Haven. We also loved the Bluetooth speaker in the shower along with the night light, that was a nice hidden gem. Hope to come back here one day in the future!

This place was exactly what we needed. The guest house was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated—perfect for a couples’ retreat. The private pool was a total vibe, super peaceful and perfect for relaxing day or night. We loved how close the beach was—just a short walk and you’re on the sand. The host was amazing—friendly, responsive, and gave us great local tips. Whether we were lounging by the pool, hitting the beach, or enjoying a quiet night in, everything felt private and peaceful. We’ll definitely be back—this is a hidden gem!

This place was absolutely perfect! A really cool location on the water, the cleanest place we have ever been in, very quiet, and not far from the ocean. We could not have asked for a better vacation! This is one of the best places you will ever stay at! The host was very responsive, helpful, and was there if we ever need anything.

Desiree and Bryan were great hosts! We really enjoyed the space including the dock. We even got to see a rocket launch from the dock! The guest house felt brand new because it was so clean! Thank you Desiree and Bryan! We will definitely be returning-see you soon.

Right off the bat, Mike was an amazing host. He answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. He was friendly and easy to talk to. I mentioned that I would be in town for a car show and he left a water hose and car wash supplies out for me in case I wanted to wash my truck. That’s a genuine nice guy thing to do. The apartment itself was very clean, smelled nice, quiet, and had everything that I needed for the 3 night stay. Huge couch to relax on after walking all day, big tv in the bedroom to watch while getting ready for bed, and the shower had a nice double head sprayer that had great water pressure. I’ll definitely book with Mike again next time I go to Orlando

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. Everything was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. There was plenty of kitchenware. The beach is very close, and the “Ice Cream” café is just around the corner. We felt “at home” during our stay at the cottage. Excellent location; accommodations were comfortable, peaceful, quiet and within easy driving distance for the beach and other sights we wanted to visit. Any questions we had about the cottage were answered very quickly. If we do return to Florida, we would select this cottage without hesitation.

We had a wonderful weekend at the cottage! Sooo relaxing! The place was pretty and very cozy. The view was spectacular!! The place was spotless and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions. My husband and I are already discussing when we should go back! Looking forward to staying a little longer next time.

this was an amazing size space for me, my fiancé and 2 daughters. it wasn’t to big for them to get lost and into things. the shower and kitchen were amazing and cassandra was very nice!

Roger's cozy bungalow was just that. Cozy as could be! It quickly felt like home the moment we set our bags down. We loved having our own little space while on vacation. We wanted peace and quiet and that is what we got. Roger was very friendly and helpful with information upon arrival. During our stay he was very responsive to any questions we had and gave us just the right amount of privacy for us to escape reality and relax for the weekend. The yard is beautiful! Well kept with a variety of plants that amplify the Florida vibe I was craving. There is another rental on the property, which I was unaware of at the time of renting. Most likely something I overlooked, but felt worth mentioning, being privacy was my number one priority. However, there is plenty of space and the entry ways are very private. It is an old building, but we'll maintained. Would definitely recommend! Thanks Roger!!

Great place, would stay at the same place if I plan to visit again

The total experience was excellent. Booked for the entire month of October, 2024. Checkin was simple, all through email. Entry codes arrived prior, very quick and smooth. Private structure, equivalent to a studio apartment or efficient unit. Private entrance, parking space, use of laundry facilities, nothing needed to bring other than your personal belongings. Pet friendly. Large, fenced yard available for use at any time. Wifi..smart tv..all appliances supplied. Friendly, accommodating, proactive hosts. Highly recommend for stay in Eau Gallie arts district of Melbourne. Minutes to beaches!
