Cottage vacation rentals in Space Coast

We had a WONDERFUL trip! We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much. It was clean, the pool was perfect, just steps to the beach- you can hear the waves from the back yard, and our host was so helpful and responsive! We will definitely be coming back!

Great place, great value. Felt right at home and the setup is functionally quite private. You’re right on top of the beach and can hear the waves but the sand and scrub rises just high enough that the back yard area remains private and isn’t directly visible from the public beach itself. Best of both worlds for sure! The elevated deck was a favorite spot to sit in the evening and the house had all the amenities to make this into our beach home away from home for a week. Our 18 month old loved the house too. Any rocket launches would be visible from the house itself or the beach beyond. We opted to make the short drive to Kennedy Space Center to halve the distance to the launch pad, and saw a rocket launch while we were in town. Now that I’ve seen one closer up I’d happily watch from the house next time. Good chance we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful family stay at Christopher's place. We have been traveling to Vero Beach for several years now and love the beaches and local charm. The unit is private, well maintained, and in peaceful surroundings. The bedrooms are upstairs and common area down. This property is in a development with 24 hour gate security. Christopher was available for any questions but we didn't have any issues. We will definitely stay here again!

very beautiful home, has everything needed and more. we have been here a few months working out of town. We will be staying here as long as its available and we are in town working. We have rented another from them called the Cottage, just a single bedroom but has lots of room and has an amazing yard that is so relaxing. one of my guys i have staying there says he never wants to leave. lol

Phenomenal place, loved the space and the decor! absolutely perfect for a visit home felt just like when i lived here! very responsive and helped when we needed absolutely anything even weird questions lol.

Our stay was perfect! It’s a quick walk to a beach that felt so private and cozy! The beach allows leashed dogs, but since there wasn’t many people around, we were able to let our pups enjoy themselves off of the leash for stretches of time! The locals are so kind, too. We watched the sunrise one morning on the beach, but there is a perfect sunset view just a brief drive away! We found a little beach fishing area for the sunset when we were on our way to the nearest Walmart/Publix! It’s a stunning, wide skied, beachside view of the sunset. Gorgeous! Not to mention our place was perfect, we loved the pool too and very much appreciated the fenced in yard for the pups! The host was kind enough to leave a little note with treats for our babies, by that we mean our pups lol! We loved the beds and enjoyed the TV’s in each room, so easy to relax and unwind anywhere in the house. It was clean and well maintained. Thank you so much for a perfect, amazing stay!

This was our second time staying at the Micco Cottage and plan to stay there at least once a year. If you enjoy beautiful sunrises and constant entertainment on the Lagoon this is the place for you. The Cottage is exceptionally clean with a comfortable bed and exceptional view. If you are looking to stay in the Sebastian area this would be my first choice if it is what you are looking for.

Great option if you need to be close to Orlando and Cape Canaveral. The place is really clean and comfortable! Aida is really helpful. For sure I would come back!!

I cannot say enough good things about Erin and Bryan. Everything was perfect and as described. The cottage was amazing and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Two things to point out. The pool was amazing. Well taken care of and clean. Also the ease of access made the property feel like it was our own. I would not hesitate and will be booking again next time we’re visiting cocoa. I really felt like the communication made this booking that much more perfect. Expectations were set in the beginning. The host communication was amazing. It truly added to our stay. Perfect spot if you’re a family and have kids. Our boys didn’t leave the pool for 8 days. After being worn out at the beach all day, it was nice to come home to a clean home and pool. Thank you again for everything. from our family. Thank you for making our trip extra special. See you guys again soon!

I've been coming to Cocoa Beach for 30 years. My husband and I have been coming together since 2016 and now we brought our one year old. The place we normally stay was booked this week and we're honestly so glad it was. This unit was wonderful. And we can't wait to come back one day. The private back deck had a beautiful view of the ocean and the host supplies lots of umbrellas and chairs for the guest to use on the beach. They were very kid friendly too. We loved the amount of space we had for toys and for our little one to crawl around. It truly felt like home. We will definitely be back!

Very cute little home! Very happy with the fenced in backyard and the covered car port. It rained pretty heavy and we were able to enjoy the back while it rained since it was covered and when we got back from breakfast we didn't get soaked trying to get back into the house. The mango tree is so beautiful as well. Hosts were very pleasant and helpful. We were there for our son's baseball tournament and having the washer and dryer was helpful in washing his uniform. We will definitely consider coming back if we have any future tournaments in the area. Thanks for a quick but comfortable stay!

Beautiful home, I love that it is right on the water ♥️ My husband caught more fish on the dock that we did the whole time in the ocean. Very clean, and had more than everything we needed.

Your Cottage was the perfect fit for my family and I. It was clean, very organized, and very close to the beach like it was listed. I would definitely return and recommend Town Center Cottages to anyone looking for an Airbnb in that location. Thank you.

This place was perfect for what I needed - an affordable last minute place to stay in downtown Melbourne for one night for an appointment there the next morning. It is exactly as pictured and described. Ian was very friendly and communicative; check in was also easy and flexible, which was great.

Great location. Couldn't ask for a better setup. Close enough to any activity and service you could want and far enough away to settle in and work without being disturbed. Can't go wrong with this choice.

I was in town for business and if you are staying in the central Florida area great spot . Lots to do 20 min to the beach it was a beautiful home in a quiet area. Thanks Lorena for the stay.

Very clean and a great location for the beach!

We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were very responsive when we noticed that the toilet would not flush upon arrival. She said she could come look at it and she was there quickly within only several minutes and fixed the simple problem easily (it just needed more water). Thank you for allowing us to stay and being proactive.
