Vacation rentals with a pool in Brevard County

My Wife and I stayed 3 nights from March 17th through 20th. The house was very nice, clean and well stocked. Our only suggestion would be that a grill be added for cooking outside. There is seemingly never ending space in this home, it was really way to big for the two of us but would be fantastic for a family vacation! It has two separate living areas with large TVs, perfect for the kids and adults. The pool was very nice also, although we did not make use of it. The home has a concrete pad poured next to it for storage of a boat or RV, this is great for fishermen visiting Headwaters Lake as I did. The drive to the ramp was about 30 minutes and was a very easy route. We will rent again if we return to this area.

Charming and comfortable home with beautiful accents throughout. The kitchen is most pleasant. The details and design in the bathrooms are a nice touch. Beds are comfortable and mattresses are clean. Nice neighborhood. We stayed over 6 weeks. Chi was helpful, responsive and kind. We absolutely recommend this home.

Spacious house, room for everyone and very well stocked. I can’t think of a single thing that needed attention. Clean, remodeled and very comfortable! Big comfy couches. Pool was fantastic! Just rent it already. 🌺

Beautiful house! Close to the beach and so much to do. You’re not going to find a more well maintained or thoughtful bnb! We will definitely stay again.

This house was in a perfect location. It’s close to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of beach chairs for guests to take to the beach. The house has everything available that you could need. It has lots of room inside and out for 6 adults. If you book this house you won’t be disappointed!

High recommended! The place was beautiful and felt like home. Always a text away if needed any help. Talking with the neighbors was great and so caring. Great neighborhood for family’s with children. Thank you for a wonderful service provided to my family.

Great little place. You have to walk through the second room to get to the third. Needs some maintenance but not bad for a couple nights. Pool area is fun. Pool wasn’t really clean but we still enjoyed. Game room is fun!

We had a great time! Everything was as expected and the easy access to the Atlantic was unbeatable! The pool and hot tub were a bonus. The condo was spacious and felt like home to us. We had an easy time getting around the area and enjoyed many local eateries. We spent one full day at Universal and one at Kennedy Space Center. We saw the rescue rocket launch from the beach - so cool! 😎 wish we had another week to explore. Thank you, Monica!

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The facilities were as expected and the staff were supper helpful with any questions we had. It was quiet and extremely relaxing. We could easily find our own spot on the beach with tourists season ending and the local kids being back in school. We hope to return in the years to come!

Eryka showed a genuine interest in making sure that her guests were happy and satisfied. The place was perfect, the amenities were perfect. Eryka's beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, carrying wagon, washer & dryer, swimming pool, television, bedsheets, you name it, we were happy with all of it. We've stayed at other places where the beach chairs were rusty and non-functional, the beach umbrellas were also non-functional and useless. Not here. Here you have everything you need.

I’ve stayed in a half dozen units in this building. Michael’s unit was very well appointed. And clean. The location is super convenient to down town and Florida Tech. My wife and I used This as a home base while moving daughter into her apartment. Much more Comfortable than a hotel.

The host communicated well and very timely! The place was beautiful and the location was great. I was surprised at how much you could see in the canal! The whole experience was excellent and I will definitely be back!

Great location and wonderful place to stay!

As parents of an FIT student, this cute condo was perfect for trips to the college, beach, stores, and restaurants! Michelle was very communicative and flexible which we appreciated and we will definitely stay here again. The place is very comfortable, the kitchen has all the amenities one needs to cook as we made some fresh meals for our son, and parking is easy with an elevator to the third floor if one needs. The bedroom is located at the front of the unit which masks some of the traffic and train noise. The balcony and kitchen window have a serene view of the marina. Very nice!

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!
