Monthly Rentals in Southwell

Great stay at Simon’s penthouse for a long birthday weekend. A large space with everything you could need. The terrace and hot tub were incredible and a sun trap from morning to evening with great views. A stones throw from Southwell high street and the minster. Simon was very helpful moving the booking forward a week at the last minute and was quick to respond to any requests during the stay. There are a few things that need fixing or updating but all in all a top notch apartment in a great location, and nothing that detracted from the enjoyment of a great weekend with family.

We had a brilliant stay at Lesley’s beautiful cabin. It was a really special and historic space with great sitting areas and a fire pit outside all of which we used . Wonderful view of the Minster from the verandah. The cabin was well equipped and had heaters to ward off the evening cold. Super comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Really near to all the facilities and the beautiful architecture of Southwell. Lesley was super helpful and friendly. One of the nicest Air BnBs I’ve had the pleasure of staying in!

Denise’s place is a beautiful relaxing rural get away. Surrounded by stunning views and walks perfect little retreat. Denise, her husband and 2 gorgeous dogs were fantastic hosts, very responsive and gave super recommendations. Food in the area is a little pricey but we could have easily spent all weekend just in the rural lodge itself. We will be rebooking very soon.

Cedar Place is a beautiful, welcoming home. It’s well equipped and comfortable in every respect- I was personally delighted to find a quality duvet protecter on my duvet, a touch I’ve seldom seen. The five of us made good use of the huge teapot during our stay. Becky provided clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our booking and stay. We would give Cedar Place 6plus stars if we could.
