Traditional Florida home converted to duplex beach bungalow. 🏝 My wife and I live in the upstairs unit. The home is 14 blocks, (a 10min walk) from the beach and is close to almost 50 unique bars and restaurants. We’re full of recommendations if you need any! We accept pets Upon Approval for an additional cleaning fee of $50, **Please Disclose Pet Info Prior To Booking**. There is a great yard with with a fenced-in space for pets to run. No smoking or vaping indoors, please.

Only 4 miles from the stadium and downtown. 10 miles from Mayo Clinic and 13 to the beach. Centrally located - a great location for concerts, festivals and other events in the Jacksonville area!
