I decided to book this place to celebrate my boyfriends 25th birthday. It looks like a page from magazine. This was a spectacular sensual mini staycation. It’s exactly what we both needed. Directions for utilization were precise & clear. I adored all of the sexy decor, sleek appliances and supplied amenities. The bed felt as if we were sleeping in the clouds. The space is absolutely spotless and smells wonderful. The time went by too quick ! We will definitely be back! Thank you Juliana & Mike.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax, recharge, and rekindle our romance. Paul and Kelly are incredible hosts and they have created an amazing space for couples to unwind and enjoy time with one another. The grounds provide plenty of privacy and the view of the river is beautiful and serene. This was the first time we have stayed in an RV and we found it cozy and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy and there is plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed interacting with our hosts and they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Wonderful Stay – Perfect for Families! We had an amazing 7-day stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience! We booked last minute and had no issues at all—everything went smoothly from the start. The home is incredibly family-friendly with lots of space for our kids to play and feel comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, and it was a huge plus to have all the essentials provided—from toiletries to cleaning supplies. The washer and dryer were super convenient, and the hot tub was a fantastic bonus that made our evenings even more relaxing. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which really made us feel at ease. We would absolutely rent from him again when we come back to visit family. The location was also a huge perk—right next to a shopping center with great food options and an ice cream shop that’s a must-try. Their banana pudding ice cream was heavenly! This place was absolutely beautiful and so charming! It was even better than the pictures — cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Every detail made our stay feel special. The host was wonderful and made everything so easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We had a great stay. The roof top deck and the dock were exceptional. We enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset each night and took walks on the beach each day. Thanks for a great stay!

First time in Jacksonville and we fell in love with this neighborhood! The house is awesome!!! My 3 year old jumped right into the pool, it was her favorite thing to do!! The highways separate San Marco, this house is in the residential side but we easily walked under the highway without having to cross major roads to the part with all the restaurants and businesses…we walked to southern grounds with our young kids every morning for breakfast and coffee, it was incredible and so kid friendly! The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, and lots of kids/families around, I wanted to buy a house here I loved it so much! The house was as described and perfect for us! Kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms were comfy, modern decor, really awesome! The best part was the backyard and pool, we spend a lot of time back there. Also just a great location to see lots of Jacksonville and check out the beaches nearby, we would absolutely stay here again! Very responsive and polite hosts!

Booked this location for a golf team training trip and it was perfect to fit my entire team and provided lots of activities within the Airbnb to do in their downtime that allows great bonding time experiences. Will definitely be booking here again for future training trips if it is available!
