My partner and I had such a beautiful stay. Everything was so clean & it was such a peaceful and well decorated apartment. Beautifully organized and had everything we needed. We were so comfortable and at home here & will definitely stay here again in the future. It was in such a perfect location, very peaceful and quiet when we wanted to stay in & a short drive to any place we wanted/needed to go. Jacolby was so attentive and made sure to check in and make himself available should we need anything at all. Little treats upon our arrival made us feel so welcome and set us up for a great vacation.

Tom was an outstanding host, and his place was peaceful and very comfortable. The sunsets were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and also meeting him.

Gayla’s place was so much more than I expected! She described the place in detail but it was such a surprise when we walked in. It was the whole lower floor of the house with so much room to spread out. Two huge beds and a comfortable couch, good sized tv’s with Amazon fire sticks. Having two teenagers with me made that a welcome bonus. The interior was very clean and artfully decorated. Items we needed were all easy to find. The outdoor area was super relaxing, a covered seating area under the balcony so had shade. Also, a nice area at the side with access to sun. The best part was how convenient it was to the beach! We could just walk up our street and to the short path to the beach, no driving necessary. Beautiful beach with plenty of room for everyone, not so crowded as others I have been to. Gayla always responded when I had a question and was very polite. I highly recommend checking out her house for a memorable vacation spot.

A great little place for me and my kids to kick it for a weekend in Saint Augustine! The entire area and streets were kids safe for bikes and scooters and we walked or rode everywhere, to include downtown in the historic area. As well, the hosts were exceptionally responsive and even gave a few recommendations for us to do. Very nice place and will definitely look to stay again!

Dyllan’s place was perfect for our weekend trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the home was nice. It was exactly as pictured and the communication with Dyllan was awesome. We had no issues checking in and out. If we were ever in Jacksonville again we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent house with comfortable and well-appointed furnishings. Had 3 generations of family there with something for everyone. Lovely outdoor space, everything you need for a beach day, modern kitchen with great seating area for conversation and all amenities. Would definitely rent this home again. Thanks to the hosts for an exceptional offering. Everyone was happy!

This house was exactly what we needed! Our blended family gathered in Jacksonville for Christmas and the house was perfect. It was clean, cozy, and updated, with well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms with everything needed, fun supplies for both beach and pool (games, floaties, toys, chairs, towels), and lots of outside space for us to have fun with our dogs (in the fully fenced-in backyard!). We especially enjoyed the outdoor TV, hot tub, and firepit while the weather was chilly in December. Our host Kel was so flexible, allowing us to check in early on our first day and bring an extra fur-baby to join us for the holiday. She was communicative before, during, and after our stay, getting back to us right away to address any questions or requests. The neighborhood was walkable and not far from parks, the beach and restaurants, with plenty of parking in the driveway. We would absolutely book again when staying in Jacksonville Beach!

Brenda was very responsive and polite. Check in was easy, the property was exactly as the description said. The house is older but that’s what I wanted and love. Very tidy, clean house with a good sized back yard in a peaceful neighborhood.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The location was good. Plenty of restaurants, even a few near by grocery stores, liquor stores, seafood, and shopping. I needed a library to do a few things and there happen to be one 2 minutes away. This home felt like our home. Very inviting home and the children loved the smart set up. It was nice getting to see them all interacting with one another from age 3 -21. Thanks so much for the giving this opportunity to stay in your home. Walden was great with response time. He always got back with me within 15 minutes.
