It was a pleasure to stay at Juniper house, with Marley and Fred being such kind and attentive hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the genuinely breathtaking surroundings. We were blown away by the kites and even able to see badgers on our last night. The accommodation had everything we needed including a travel cot and highchair which we greatly appreciated. My husband and I will return to explore the grounds without our toddler to be able to take it all in. Thank you Marley and Fred for a wonderful experience.

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The space was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. It’s clear that a lot of care has been put into making this a welcoming and cozy environment Rosie was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Communication was quick and helpful, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and will definitely be returning the next time I’m in the area. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and hospitable place to stay!

We had more than what we needed, everything was so well thought of. The place was extremely cozy and has amazing amenities. The area was so serene and peaceful, perfect for resting after a tiring day exploring the island. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and sauna. Overall a 10/10 place and we hope to stay for longer next time.

We had a lovely Easter break. Caroline had left a little chocolate egg hunt and we also enjoyed collecting eggs from the hens in the morning. The cottage is cosy and warm. A beautiful part of the world - close to the South Downs and the beach.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at The Annexe. The Annexe is everything you could want for a home away from home, well equipped and cosy. There were lots of games and books to enjoy and the location is beautiful- such a peaceful area, yet lots of walks right on the door step and still well connected to the nearby town.

We were very happy with the venue! It met all of our expectations and suited our needs for a 1 night stay perfectly. The location is ideal with paid parking (very reasonably priced) just across the road and an array of bars and restaurants literally a minute’s walk away. It goes without saying that this is one of the best places I have ever stayed! We came to celebrate my partners birthday and Carol pulled out all the stops! The venue is stunning, the cabins to die for, the tubs are unbelievably relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to completely switch off then this is definitely it!!! I cannot thank Carol enough and a huge shout out to Charlie who built this amazing place! He came and met us and walked us through all of the glamping processes! We feel fully recharged, fell completely in love with the place and cannot wait to come back here again!!!

Fantastic hosts! Friendly, welcoming and very communicative and attentive! The barn is exceptionally clean, tidy and cosy. Beautiful, well-looked after garden area, decking and hot tub hut. Crisp bedding and towels, lots of cookware for those who’d like to stay longer. Lots of extra useful bits like sun loungers, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hover, extra bedding set, sleeping bag and BBQ. Media extras - WiFi, Sky Tv, DVD and CD player. Master bedroom has spacious wardrobes and dressing table. LED lighting installed throughout the barn and adds cool, relaxing vibe. Very quiet surroundings, yet only 3mins away from local supermarkets, which is very convenient. The Barn is located 20mins away from the coastline and all attractions. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you so much Clare and Delisle. We will definitely be back again 💕 xxx

Perfect place for a night away with my three children with beach trips to West Wittering either side. Bathroom facilities were great. Three other groups were staying and I couldn’t hear a peep from anyone else. We sat outside after dark to watch the stars which was brilliant. Laura was fantastic and helped with a minor drama which I was so grateful for.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay!! Rachel and George were so accommodating, we didn't arrive until very late and the instructions for our arrival were easy to follow even in the pitch black. The accomodations itself is fantastic and the amenities and provisions stellar, especially the brownies and breakfast hamper. The view overlooking the moors is absolutely stunning. All in all a fantastic stay and would 100% return in future.

Perfect off grid getaway.. everything you need and more for a perfect stay.. lived the little extras like binoculars, arts and crafts, bubbles (yes for adults) loved the two little shepherd huts and the bed was extremely comfortable.. the pooch was so well catered for... dog basket, bowls and treat box provided.. just wonderful in every way..outstanding host with Kerie, fantastic communication... and so accommodating..PERFECT

Rachel and Jay were really lovely hosts. They made me feel at home straight away and were really helpful, giving me recommendations for what to do on the island. The room was lovely and clean, and the bed was so comfortable. I hired a bike and cycled around the island, which was lovely and the shop was super close to Rachel and Jay's house. I am definitely going to return 😊

Debbie was a wonderful, hospitable and proactively responsive host throughout our stay. She and her small team took pains to make sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. The yurt was amazing, with lots of lovely touches adding to the cosy and luxurious feel. And we were very glad we'd treated ourselves to the hot tub, which was amazing! Altogether highly recommended for those who prefer to glamp rather than camp!

We cannot speak highly enough of this apartment! The hosts that greeted us were so friendly and welcoming, a true pleasure to meet them. Our check-in was quite late and the hosts were very accommodating to us. The location is superb - very close by to the docks for a stay before/after a cruise. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable beds and very clean. Great for a group of 5! It is very peaceful, we would definitely stay again if in Southampton. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay!

Nick also goes the extra mile offering to keep the bags before or after check in/out, as well as being easily available for any other request. We were warmly welcomed by friendly hosts. The home was super clean and tastefully decorated, the bed was amazingly comfortable, warm and quiet & to wake up to that delicious smell of freshly baked bread was delightful. I have to admit I am slightly afraid of dogs but the two little puppies were so cute! Situated in a nice area with beautiful surroundings. Definitely recommend booking with Iaan and Jason.

We had a wonderful week at Antonia’s gorgeous house. It was our second visit, and we would happily come again next year. The house is huge, comfortable and stylish, with a great kitchen and garden. It’s in such a great location - a few minutes to both the beach and the village. Really special place to stay and we felt very well looked after.

You get your own room and bathroom It matches the pictures , it is a very quiet location, rested properly while staying over with Ross I actually checked it quite late at 8:30 pm and it was totally fine for Ross, he is very responsive and helpful It is hard to rest when its not your own bed somehow this place felt like my own bed Its a bargain for the location and what you get I ve given 5 star reviews to previous places out of respect , Ross’s place is underrated So I took the time to express my sincere opinion and will be staying again
