Fabulous stay. Close to bus stop and walkable to train station (if you don’t have luggage). We especially loved the balcony and marina view. Note that the unit is not air conditioned - there is a large fan that helped air circulation during a warm spell.

Seascape is a quiet, spacious and well decorated apartment next to the sea, and within walking distance of the Ryde passenger ferry, bus terminal and town centre. It's good base for exploring the Isle of Wight or just staying in Ryde and taking advantage of the local facilities. The interior is very comfortable and of a high standard. We were very pleased to find some provisions on our arrival, including a loaf of bread, butter, milk and eggs, as well as some ice creams in the freezer. My partner and I would strongly consider returning at a future date.

Excellent accommodation and exactly what we needed to be in the centre of Shanklin. Terry the owner was an excellent host and always contactable via email. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to the Isle of Wight.

What an amazing apartment. Great location right on the beach, with fantastic views of the sea from the windows. Choice of seating areas with tables, open balcony and enclosed window area. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Easy to get to the ‘Witterings’ Chichester Marina etc. We all wished we could have stayed longer. Sam was a great person to liaise with before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Sam.

Incredible location, especially if you are a sailor. Constant parade of vessels heading out to the Solent all visible from the patio. Only a few minutes walk from all the restaurants and shops. A delightful small town. Not inexpensive but a very nice apartment with easy parking and entry. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely quiet and comfortable place Karen was a wonderful host and the finishing touches were appreciated. karwn kept in touch and was fkexible in terms of check in and out. Tasteful decor and comfortable bed . I fully recommend this property and host.

Great little find . House was spotless , well stocked and very homely . We have a 8 month baby and the main room was ideal as was more than big enough for us . Paul was very responsive and helpful with any of our queries and instructions extremely clear , making it easy to check in and out . Would defo recommend .

We had a wonderful stay at Luke and Lilley’s Airbnb over Christmas! The location was excellent, with a big supermarket just a 5-minute drive away, which made everything super convenient. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the bedrooms were incredibly spacious. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of having fresh towels provided in all the bedrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing Christmas dinner easier. A special highlight was the festive touch—they went above and beyond by putting up a Christmas tree and decorations, making the place feel cozy and festive for the holidays. Communication with Luke and Lilley was smooth and prompt, and they were very accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage in a wonderful private garden setting. The cottage has been fitted out and decorated to an extremely high standard with everything working perfectly. The shower was so powerful and even the crockery and glasses were good quality. The location is very quiet and peaceful with some good walks directly from the cottage and there are interesting places to visit within easy driving distance. We didn't use the games room or tennis court but it was nice to have access to them. Natalie was the perfect host - unobtrusive but very helpful if required. Would strongly recommend.

Lovely Airbnb! very cosy and well maintained. Close to amenities and transport links to Portsmouth and Chichester and surrounding areas. Private parking also which is a bonus and great communication from Katie and Michael. We would definitely love to return again when visiting family in the area.

Cedar House is simply stunning. Beautiful gardens and surroundings, very comfortable and spacious property with everything you need. The pool and spa are a delight and I couldn't recommend highly enough. Kelly as a host is great as well, good at responding and clear with information, nothing was too much trouble. Overall, a brilliant place, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful location on the edge of the beach. Amazing view from sitting room and main bedroom. Light and airy house with all amenities and more. Debby answered all queries immediately. Highly recommend.

Great central location with beautiful view of the water. Perfect for the long weekend and great nightlife for our two daughters to enjoy. Some really nice touches like the bifold window to fully appreciate the view, plenty of kitchen utensils and very well laid out home. Thanks for a great stay.

Great view over the river, apartment was very clean, modern and secure with keypad entry. Easy walk to restaurants and Spar supermarket nearby. Secure car park, parking space numbers are on the ground with slightly weird numbering system. Excellent entry instructions from the host, just read them properly. It does make the apartment very secure. Definitely a great choice to stay in Southampton.

The place is nice, just few steps away from the sea and bay view. It is great to walk around and have fresh air specially in the morning. There is a nice park and arcade area nearby for kids to have fun. The only difficulties we had was finding a space to park the car along the road side specially if you're late going back to the house. Amy is very attentive in ensuring you get the parking permit on the road side beforehand. Great place to explore Portsmouth and Southsea area.

Very comfortable stay in this large flat. Perfect fit for our needs in terms of space (3 adult couples and 2 toddlers) and location (walk to old Portsmouth, shops, bar an restaurants nearby). Great communication and flexibility from hosts. Would definitely recommend.

We had a very lovely stay at Amy’s place. Amy had sent us very helpful instructions on how to find the place, access the home and parking. The welcome manual also included additional information on what to do in the area. The location was really good and a bonus was having a private parking space. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Katie’s place was an absolute gem. My mum n nephew were visiting us and it was a perfect place to have them spend quality time with us. The place was very clean and had easy access. Thank you Katie!

We only stayed for one night but found it a very convenient apartment for enjoying Chichester and the local area.

I had a 1 night stay at Julie's place with a couple of old friends from Portsmouth Uni. It was the perfect location for us to reminisce whilst taking a stroll along Albert Road and close enough to walk to the seafront via the boating lake. The flat was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery/cutlery etc. The bath towels were lovely - large and soft. Julie left us parking permits and all three of us easily parked on the road. Julie left a nice welcome gift of bread and biscuits and there was also tea, coffee, milk, butter. We will definitely look to book again next year.

This is a lovely apartment which is spotlessly clean, bright and cheerful and a pleasure to stay in.
