We had a lovely short break and it was just what we wanted. The accommodation is well equipped with a lovely view of a garden and horses in a field. There are lots of really nice touches like breakfast ingredients and homemade jams available to use. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area

Another lovely stay at this peaceful, clean and cosy place! Marcus and Susan are great hosts, very friendly. The place is nicely decorated and thoughtfully furnished with interesting reading, comfortable furniture and a full kitchen.

Hayley is a great host if you need any help or information where to get breakfast or the shop just ask . Great place to stay and relax , sunbathe, read .

Me and my partner had a wonderful mid-week retreat at Tracy’s Annex! Welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, the place was just lovely. We had access to the hot tub and the heated pool which was just amazing! It felt totally private, we were never disturbed but always just a message away if we needed anything- Tracy has some fab recommendations and knows the area so well. The walks around are beautiful and the wildlife we saw was brilliant! There’s so much I could say but my real highlight was Tracy’s 2 golden labs, they’ll come and say hello when out in the garden and they are such love bugs! Totally made my day as a dog lover! Would stay again and would recommend to others. X

We were looking for something peaceful and quiet and full of countryside atmosphere and found it here. The Lodge is just beautiful, with everything you would need for a peaceful getaway. Tanya was very friendly and helpful, recommended a few places like The Unicorn pub, which was a delight. The English countryside is second to none

We had a fantastic stay! Liz is a fabulous host and made us feel so welcome! The property is lovely, exactly as described and a really great location for visiting the new forest. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great place to stay. Jade was a wonderful host. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. Jade was very accommodating and was quick to respond to requests. If I am ever in Southampton again I would definitely stay here.

A lovely little cottage to stay in for some peace and quiet. The perfect distance from Winchester where you can appreciate both the City and the countryside. The walks around the town were gorgeous and the house had everything we needed. It was so clean and was beautifully decorated. Could not recommend enough. So good for the price!!!

A great bolthole for two people! Sharon’s place is small but perfect for a few nights away. The studio had everything we needed and we loved the extra touches such as bread, milk, tea & coffee and even a birthday banner above the bed! The central location was ideal as everywhere we wanted to visit was a 15 minute drive away (Osborne House, Isle of Wight Donkey Sanctuary, Isle of Wight Steam Train). Carisbrooke castle is also a 10 minute walk. Highly recommend!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming beachside cottage. The moment we walked in, we felt at home — it was warm, beautifully decorated, and full of character. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and spotless. The cottage had such a lovely, welcoming feel that made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. Combined with the peaceful, picturesque surroundings and the kindness of the owners, it was a perfect escape. We’d be more than happy to return!

Great location, lovely walks from the door, friendly hosts (even left us a card & bubbly for our anniversary) and comfortable, clean & cosy accommodation. Couldn't ask for anything else. The perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and explore the area.

Our stay at The Limes was short, but absolutely perfect for what we needed! The accommodation looked exactly like the photos, very clean and everything was provided for us. Ros is a lovely host who was great with communication prior to our stay to make sure everything was great prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again!

Ann and Martyn made us feel very welcome. Really nice accommodation, everything modern and clean. The patio is a lovely place to sit and enjoy a coffee and you’ll often be greeted by the cat! Would love to come and stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay in Emily's air BnB in Bosham .It was furnished to a very high standard ,spotless and very pretty with fresh flowers .The location was beautiful and quiet yet walking distance to two great pubs and harbour walks .Highly recommended .We will go again .

We had a lovely stay at deer lodge, Stephanie went above and beyond for my mums 60th. I’d highly recommend end!! A short drive away from Selsey & west wittering beach. One of our highlights was visiting the beautiful bracklesham tea rooms. Thank you so much we had the best time xx

There was plenty of natural sunlight streaming through the windows, making the entire cabin feel incredibly welcoming and cheerful throughout the day. The cabin was complete with all amenities one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom was spotless. It was truly ideal for a short break, providing a seamless and relaxing experience without any hassles. Beyond the practicality, the cabin was also nicely decorated. The tasteful touches created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. Every detail seemed to have been considered, contributing to a truly pleasant environment. Our experience was made even better by the very pleasant host. Julia was welcoming, helpful, and ensured my sister and I had everything we needed. This cabin is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a bright, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable retreat with a truly pleasant host.

We had a lovely stay at Salvis Hideout. Easy to find and a great welcome from Sam. It was just what we needed. Big bedrooms and TVs. Plenty of parking for two cars. We recommend and would return.

If you need a reasonable place to lay your head on the West Sussex coast, this place is perfect. There is a nursery opposite so although it is a rural location don’t go expecting it be quiet during the day. However this didn’t seem to bother us too much as we were only there for the night.

What a wonderful find! Charlotte's place was perfect for us - very comfortable, a good size for two, in a friendly village but it felt really peaceful. In this weather, it was a bonus to have our own garden too. Charlotte was a great hostess - proactive communication, there upon our arrival, incredibly friendly and with plenty of recommendations for things to do, places to visit & local pubs. Her family were also friendly. We found plenty to do over the weekend - lots of walks from the doorstep, West Dean Gardens is well worth a visit. Local pubs were great too - Royal Oak & Anglesey Arms. Thank you to Charlotte and her family, we'd love to come back! 😀

Thanks to following Shannon's precise directions, we easily found The Woodshed. It was very spacious, the photos didn't really do it justice! Bed was super comfy, shower was great & kitchen had everything we needed. Easy to park, plenty of space. Views of the surrounding countryside were beautiful. Shannon was very friendly & helpful, and her homemade bread & jam were delicious! Highly recommend The Woodshed, would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

A stunning home from home. Gorgeous countryside all around and a lovely enclosed private garden. The barn is beautifully decorated, with really personal touches. Breakfast and essentials provided. Comfortable and just a total delight. Anna was helpful, responsive and courteous at all times. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Practically perfect in every way A delightful stay - The Cabin is brilliantly designed - great care has obviously gone into making it a comfortable place with every amenity that one would need It’s less than a minute to the beach and the hosts - Mika and Sarah are very responsive and communicative, ideal hosts Loved the place and we’ll definitely be back (ps - title of the review is accurate but also a deliberate reference to Mary Poppins, the film which Sarah referred to in our first conversation as we arrived 😁)
