Condo vacation rentals in Southport

Our 2025 Summer vacay to Carolina Beach was truly one for the record books. As a single girl dad of two (9/15) location is key. This condo is absolutely peak and checked all the boxes. Right on the beach on the 4th floor the family room/balcony sets the ultimate beach vibes the moment you walk in. My 9 year old and I woke up daily to walk the beach at sun rise, on our first morning it felt as if we had the beast ourselves. We saw dolphins as the sun was breaking the horizon and it was absolute magic. After the sunset we'd walk to the boardwalk to get Crush n Grind coffee and play their ring hook games. Followed by Britt's Donuts then back to the condo to wake the teenager. Everything is within walking distance and there is something for EVERYONE. We chartered a boat to shark tooth island with the incredible Captain Sheila's and Chloe with Island Time Water Tours. Found so many shark teeth that made core memories for a lifetime. We had a fantastic week at John's place with our family for spring break. It is a quiet area of the island. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the deck is beautiful. It was the perfect place for a family of four. We fell in love with Oak Island and hope to be back very soon!

We were here for my birthday! The owners were incredible! Very kind and gave us great options for restaurants and also a firework display. The condo was perfect. Amazing views. The kitchen had everything you need and everything worked well. The master bedroom had a great master bath with all amenities. But let me tell you about the master bedroom bed. The most comfortable bed ever!! If you have a rain day and have to stay indoors this is the place to stay. Don't forget to play some song on the guitar. When we come back we will definitely plan our trip to stay here. I cannot thank the owners enough for there hospitality!!

We have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience! Anne is very responsive and always friendly. The place is well equipped and comfortably accommodates our family of five. Definitely recommend!

I had an awesome stay at Christy’s place in Carolina Beach! The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Christy was a fantastic host—very friendly, responsive, and made everything easy. You can tell she really cares about her guests. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The condo was just and pictured and described. I appreciated the nice gas stove and well stocked kitchen since we cook all our meals instead of eating out. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the covered front porch watching all the activity on the main road. The beach was uncrowded and a very short walk away. Really appreciated the beach tent and chairs that were in the garage.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay. Only wish it had been for longer. You can’t beat the location, without exaggeration, it’s truly about as convenient as it gets. Beach, shops, food, covered private parking, the property is situated directly over an eatery and immediately adjacent to a coffee shop. All good stuff!

We loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the pier. Pier bar drinks and service were great! We recommend the Bahama Mama and The Painkiller. The condo was very clean and inviting. The deck was perfect for our morning croissants and fresh fruit with coffee. We enjoyed watching the waves and listening to seabirds as they soared above the sea. Just a short drive to the Boardwalk gave us some great shopping and restaurants. We recommend Britt’s donuts. Don’t buy just one -cash only! Matthew was the perfect host! He answered my questions quickly and checked in to see if we needed anything. Perfect week for us to rest and relax!

This condo is a peaceful, hidden gem! Views from the front and back deck and a perfect little beach right across the street. We loved it!

This rental was exceptional ! We had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The cooking pans, cups, plates, utensils, oil, coffee made it very easy to be there!. It was clear this family just wanted us to share in the beauty of their convenient location to several beaches and fun, while being able to get away and enjoy the peaceful place. The linens were very clean! We had someone staying above us and never even heard their feet. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place.

My wife and I enjoyed the home and hated to leave great views of the ocean and boardwalk area walkable to everything the place was clean and felt like home Kimberly was very quick to respond and friendly we plan on coming back

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

Great location in downtown Wilmington on the river. Lots of walkable, restaurants and bars and beautiful historic houses. Awesome view of the river from the deck. Very clean. Will be back.

Our stay was great. Very flexible and responsive as our trip was very last minute. Within walking distance of the beach as advertised and the pool was lovely! ❤️

We had an incredible stay at Katie’s place. Such a great location, beautiful and comfortable. Katie has thought of everything to help you relax and enjoy the beautiful ocean views. She was easy to communicate with and accommodating when we wanted to add an extra day. Definitely plan to be back soon

Beautiful condo with the boardwalk in walking distance and ocean front. Loved the rooftop lounge chairs, private and quiet. Pool was clean and relaxing. Will definitely be booking again!

Really great location! The beach and theme park area we're an extremely short walk away. The building also had great vending machines, a small arcade, and private showers.

Great place and Amanda was very responsive. Unfortunately, my car was towed, but it was completely my fault. DO NOT FORGET THE PARKING PASS. I told Amanda afterwards, a good idea would be to put a sign inside reminding guests to make sure the pass is displayed and she did! It is easy to forget when you are in and out over several days. Close to the Carolina beach boardwalk and plenty of things to do! Nice beach umbrella and chairs, etc came in really handy!!

We enjoyed our stay here! Perfect place for a couple. The location was perfect!! 3 min drive to the beach. Would stay here again :)
