This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

The place was really cute, pictures showed everything correctly. The view to the river from the balcony was beautiful to enjoy. Great location. Hope to stay here again at my next visit to Wilmington.

We loved staying at Leila’s place. It was right in the center of everything, yet private enough for us to hang out without worries of being disturbed by the late night activities. It was perfect for everything we needed

Fran's place was extremely nice and well decorated. Bed and linens were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well for everything we needed to prepare meals with.She was super knowledgeable of the area and easy to get a hold of if needed. Thanks again for a great Airbnb experience.

My husband and I stayed Tuesday-Friday to celebrate our anniversary. Because it was during the week there was ample parking. The place itself was very quiet and clean. The location is absolutely perfect, walkable to so many places. We made a dinner reservation at Tarantelli’s and had a few cocktails at the Banter, all next to the Airbnb which was convenient on the rainy day. We checked out a few other places Brendan and Julia recommended and would 100% visit again!

Stayed here for a weekend trip with my partner and dogs, the location was a short walk to downtown wilmington and it was fantastic to have onsite parking since we drove to the beach during our stay. Would definitely recommend and will be looking to stay here again.

This home was perfect for our group. The home is completely updated and spacious. The listing is accurate. T Daniel has a really great place and we enjoyed our stay.We loved the front porch and back deck to just sit and have our coffee T Daniel was responsive and helpful. When in Carolina Beach again, we will definitely see if this is available.

We loved our stay at Scotty’s place and our only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer! We were there for a fast little weekend at the beach and will definitely stay here again next time we’re visiting the area. My family and I loved hearing the fountain in the lake behind the condo and watching the wildlife in and around the lake. We walked to the large pond along the golf course and saw a wood stork, a blue heron, and multiple alligators! The condo is exactly what we needed and in a perfect location and Scotty was so helpful with tips and recs and very communicative. Highly recommend this place!

Rueben’s home is a beautiful place and very relaxing! It was very clean and had fun family games to play. I definitely recommend staying here.

it was a lovely stay, but way you checked in at 3:00 p.m. and had to leave by 10:00 a.m. So I don't feel it was quite worth the amount of money that we paid, especially since we had to do some of the cleaning at the end. we're not really cleaning, but just you know start the laundry and what not. the location's great. I don't think there was enough mentioned on the steps on the ad about the steps that you have to to go up in order to get into the condo. it's quite a bit and if you've got suitcases or anything you can't roll them in so there's an enormous amount of steps and that was a concern or a slight problem. The place itself was cozy and comfortable and clean and lovely.

Enjoyed our stay! Right on the ocean!! Gorgeous views from the master bedroom, living room, and kitchen! Comfortable and homey! Appreciated all the essentials that were available-- coffee, paper plates, straws, etc! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay with our 2 big dogs. The king size bed was nice and comfortable. The fans and the AC for the unit worked really well! The shower pressure and temperature were great! The place was clean and maintained well and had everything we needed. The view was beautiful and it was a peaceful area (not crowded) because you’re surrounded by houses rather than large hotels. You’re not far away from restaurants and grocery stores and things to do but yet you’re secluded enough where there aren’t tons of crowds.

The condo location is great. Parking was easy and climbing the two sets of stairs was not difficult. The condo itself if just like the photos, no surprises. The view is what makes this place special. The patio is covered even with it being the top unit and you can see the activity at the pool or on the beach over the dunes. The bedrooms are comfy and good size and having two full baths was nice. We brought a baby and a senior pup and everyone was comfortable. The pool was nice and used heavily by our toddler. Larry was very communicative and available as needed and provided us extra pool towels. Already planning our return trip.

We will definitely be back! The place was private and peaceful! It was spacious and neat! We were able to relax and we were so close to our favorite beach and restaurants! We had a great, enjoyable stay! Shane was easy to work with and place was very reasonably priced! I give it an A+!

this was my family’s second time staying in chad’s condo - which says enough in itself - we loved it so much the first time, we booked it again! it has the perfect location! a short easy walk to the beach, steps away from fishing, and a quick drive into town for dinner or shopping. (we spent toooo long in the IGA that’s nearby. literally the biggest coolest grocery store i’ve ever been in.) one afternoon we had an issue with our door code not working. Chad was super responsive and we were back inside in minutes, before i ever had time to start stressing. only thing to be mindful of when staying here- there’s no elevator, and you’re on the 4th floor. so rather than packing one big suitcase, pack smaller, lighter bags, so you don’t kill yourself lugging it up and down the stairs. we will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo- clean, well stocked and comfy beds. We loved having the option to go back and forth from beach to pool, so everyone was happy!! The storage closet has everything you need for a great beach day. Loved sitting on the deck every morning and night. The host was super responsive and gave great instructions and recommendations on the area. Already planning our trip for next year!! Great place for families!! Thank you!!

The location is great with a view of Jinks Creek, beach access very close, the pool onsite is enjoyable. The host provides clear instructions on check in and recommendations of things to do in area.

Only issue we had was our neighbors were a little loud in night two of our stay. Outside of that m, everything was awesome!!!!!

Great view and so relaxing. Room was a little small around the bed area but everything else was wonderful. Pool was very nice and private. Lots of activities and food was all fabulous. Beautiful beach and friendly people. My husband and I would highly recommend!😉👍

Even though I had to leave 2 days early thanks to the historical storm, I still enjoyed Chris and Bobbie's condo so much! I cooked dinner for the other 3 guests with me and EVERYTHING I could have possibly needed was right at my fingertips! All the beds were very comfortable, the master shower was amazing, the decor throughout the condo was perfect! I can't say enough about the beautiful view either! I'm going to try again in the spring and if this condo is available, I will definitely book it! I highly recommend this wonderful property/unit! Chris and Bobbie are great hosts! Thanks to you both.
