Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

An awesome newly remodeled stand alone 2-story house located on Greenfield Lake and a stroll down from the Amphitheater. Near the Independence Mall Shopping Area and two miles from the vibrant Historical Downtown with music and dining choices. A scenic 4.5 mile paved walking or jogging trail runs by the Lake House and circles the lake. You are 30 minutes away from our two beautiful beaches. There are lots of sights and attractions nearby, but you are located in a place of peace and quiet.

Great for wading, boating, or swimming in the summer and bird watching and soaking up the peaceful views in the winter. Watch the sun rise over the lake from the King bed in the master bedroom! A great place for relaxation, enjoy some alone time or family time. Some new updates have recently been done to the Living room, Dining/Sun Porch area the lake view from inside the house is even better than before! There are two different shelters on the pier where you can relax and enjoy the sunsets. You are driving distance from the state park where you can enjoy hiking. There are several spots around the lake for good fishing. Grocery store, variety store and gas station are near by.

Crabby Pad #2 Entire upper unit

Welcome to The Crabby Pad #2 at Carolina Beach. This freshly renovated, cozy beach pad is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all this area has to offer. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Tons of shopping, excellent restaurants, and bars within a short drive or walk from the Crabby Pad, This upper unit has a large front deck to relax and barbeque. Also golf carts are available to rent. The golfcarts are 75.00 per day/350.00 per week. We do allow up to 2 dogs @ a fee of $65 per dog.

Small private lake/Private dock on premises great for fishing, quiet neighborhood. Home has plenty of parking space for multiple cars and boat. Large back yard with picnic table and charcoal park style grill for family and friend gatherings. Large front and back decks with rocking chairs. Back deck has beautiful lake view.
