Vacation rentals with beach access in Southport

The Seahorse Castle was perfect for 2! Clean, plenty of dishes and kitchen must haves, a soakable sized tub, decorated with beachy vibes, and just as described. If you have 4x4 I recommend Fort Fisher to drive out and set up on the beach. We had an amazing time, ate good food, heard live music, went to CB market around the lake Saturday morning, and can’t wait to return! Great place to stay! Jarrod and his wife were very friendly and responsive with any questions on the app. They even let us check in early. Accommodating bikes was so thoughtful and fun for us as we biked to coffee places and lunch. We kayaked to palm tree island and that was so much fun! It’s also a great location to walk to the beach as well! The balcony was so peaceful in the morning and at night. 10/10 experience and first time vacationing to Wilmington. Will 100% come back!

We spent a beautiful and relaxing week at Wendy & Jeff's Seascape. The place is EXACTLY like the photos, the view from the balcony is a dream!! Waking up to the ocean sounds every morning is something we will never forget. The apartment is very well-stocked with all the items you need to enjoy the beach, clean up afterward (lots of hot water and good shower pressure!) and cook a delicious meal (plenty of kitchen gadgets). Very easy to walk around the neighborhood, up to the pier for quick eats, or less than a mile to the little mini-mart. Parking is easy. Area is safe. The pool area across the street was clean and fun too! The hosts gave excellent, clear instructions for arrival/departure and even checked in on us via the app during our stay. My husband and I enjoyed spending the weekend here for a wedding! The apartment is beautifully situated over the water with an amazing view. Right near the apartment is a local place to get drinks. The apartment is walking distance to everything, but also far enough where we didn’t hear a lot of noise. Aubrey was very responsive and gave explicit directions. It was helpful to have the parking garage which wasn’t far away at all! We also appreciated the “manual” with recommendations for local favorites including shopping and restaurants! The apartment was nicely decorated and clean. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The Loft was just like the pictures—beautiful and clean! We would absolutely stay here again. It is located in a great spot we were able to take a short walk to a couple restaurants, as well as the beach. The hosts had very precise details on check in and check out, they made everything very easy for us. Highly recommend staying here!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend at Skipper’s place. It was a nice area in a wonderful friendly neighborhood. The walk to the beach wasn’t very long and the place had all the amenities you could need. Would recommend to a couple staying in the area!

The 5 of us old high school pals had a stupendous time. Tons of laughter on the deck overlooking the water. Great views! The cottage had everything we needed!

This was my families first time at Holden beach, and we loved it. It was a very fun and peaceful stay. Peggy’s place was amazing! The home was very comfortable. My girls loved the swing outside. Peggy was an amazing host. Helpful and kind. We will be staying here again 😍

This is a perfect spot to go with your pups. Easy access to the totally fenced, level yard with shade. Easy travel to beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. The only thing I thought could be better is the living room furniture, as it was not very comfortable to lounge in on a rainy day.

The space was even more beautiful, clean, and welcoming than the pictures depicted. I felt completely safe staying there with my young daughter. Parking and entry was super easy and convenient, and the location couldn’t be beat for beach time.

Our family stay at the Barefoot Bungalow was great! It was walking distance to the beach and had a wonderful porch for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything we needed and the rest of the house was just as described. We brought our own linens but they offered a linen service if we had needed it. The hosts were very responsive and had a helpful guide for the area. The washer and dryer were excellent amenities! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

We loved the hammock house! It was so peaceful and beautiful. It was also very convenient to be able to walk to the beach easily and there were amazing restaurants and plenty to do nearby. We will be back!

Julie & Darren were wonderful and their home was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 and large dog. there was plenty of pace for everyone, thoughtful additions such as pet toys, water & food bowls, covers for the couches, beach accessories to use. i could go on and on about how wonderful and homey our stay was. we will definitely be back!

You Me and the Sea was the perfect stay for our family. We needed a place for our family, kids and dogs to feel right at home and this was the place. The kids room filled with toys was wonderful when a storm blew through. The dogs loved the yard and had all that they needed too. Katie was great about giving us recommendations like for a gold cart. We will likely be staying here again!

My boyfriend and I celebrated our anniversary at A Wave From it All, and it did not disappoint. We stayed for 4 nights, and were able to enjoy the beach and the activities with no problem. The only downside was that the pool was unfortunately closed for our time here, and we had originally chose this place based on the fact that there was also a pool, however that isn’t something Jenna could control of course as they were doing construction on it; we did not know until we arrived. However, the restaurants and the boardwalk are all very close, as well as the beach access being right across from our house. We walked the pond most nights as well which was nice. Overall, we had a great experience here and will be staying again next year.

This place was beautiful! Fort Fisher is literally right next door! The place was clean,beautiful, quiet and had everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook, the pool was well kept, and The view was hard to leave. Will be back. 🫶🏻

Perfect location! Just a few steps to the beach on a coded private walkway. Within easy walkable distance to the boardwalk for us & our small dog. Britts donuts has always been one of my favorite places! Condo was very clean. The king bed was really comfy. Amanda messaged after we checked in to make sure everything was going good & that we didn't have any issues with anything. I would highly recommend this condo.

Chad was fantastic! Super sweet and attentive! Place felt bigger in person! Loved the way it was decorated and glitter ceilings was a nice touch! Loved the location and easy beach access! Would stay again!

Beautiful view of ICW and ocean from your own personal deck! The deck furniture got an upgrade and are two Adirondack high chairs (comfy!) but no table. Only a mile away from the downtown area of Carolina beach, perfect if you love a little bike ride to get to breakfast or dinner. About 20-30 min to downtown Wilmington. Very short walk to the beach, easy to pop back for lunch or the bathroom. Host gave excellent recommendations for local events and restaurants. Provided ample soaps, towels, and detergent. AC worked great and they had an extra fan for the bedroom with darkening blinds. Recommendations for other guests: If you plan to cook know that the kitchen has VERY BASIC kitchen tools/supplies. Beach chairs were Tommy bahama (woo!) but umbrella was broken and other guests haven’t taken good care of other supplies. Bed has a memory foam topper and I’d suggest bringing your own pillow, they have super thick or super thin.

It was cozy little place with a great view of the ocean and we loved the balcony for breakfast. It was perfect for our Mom & Daughter trip.

Denise has thought of everything. Her condo is absolutely perfect, a very private and peaceful place. The pictures are accurate and in person it’s even better. My best friend and I have been going on beach trips for 9 years, so we have seen many beach houses. We know what we want and we FINALLY found one we are returning to next year for our 10th to celebrate 40 years of friendship. I can’t think of a better place for it. ♥️ Denise is very detailed with YOUR experience. She has literally thought of all your needs and the home is emasculate. I cannot say enough about this GEM. It was clean, modern, stocked and comfortable. The view was AMAZING. The privacy was incredible. A total reset from “adulting”. I cannot say enough except STAY HERE, STOP LOOKING! I had a fantastic stay at this Carolina Beach condo! The view was absolutely stunning—waking up to the ocean right outside and seeing the lights of the nearby carnival at night was such a treat. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the beach, surrounded by delicious local food spots, and walking distance to all the action. The included parking was a huge bonus and made things super convenient. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the best of Carolina Beach. I’d love to come back!
