My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! Dale’s place was tidy and clean. The covered parking was nice and fit my long bed crew cab 1 ton. The appliances were very nice and the kitchen island made for a good social spot to hang out.

We are so glad we booked this place versus a hotel. Almost felt like home. The location was quiet and felt very private. The host has a beautiful back yard and we were sad we didn't have more time to enjoy it during our stay. The host was attentive and asked if we needed anything throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a place in the North Texas area. Thank you again for your hospitality. What a neat little place!

This is our fifth stay at miss Tracis place, that just about says it all, if we didn’t really enjoy the peace and quite and being close to everything to do in Sherman we surely wouldn’t keep coming back.. We love this abb and wish they all were as nice and peaceful a place to stay as miss Traci’s
