Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

Our second time at the property - we returned as we like it so much! Quiet and private, yet only 20 feet from the beach front. Close to amenities - Pavilions supermarket, Chipotle for great food, and Handels for awesome ice-cream! We hope to return in the future!

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

Came here for our family Spring Break get away! We all had a wonderful time! The view is way better in person and the waves crashing at night meant a peaceful nights sleep! Highly recommend for families or group getaways! Fully stocked kitchen was an added bonus!

Beautiful downstairs unit on the water. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic location and incredibly close to the main street. We loved sitting outside and watching the boats and people. We had all types of weather (cloudy and crystal clear) and it was all perfect for different reasons. The kitchen was well stocked. We didnt cook but we baked. I would have loved a kettle but a pan worked just fine. The beds were comfortable and there were enough linens and pillows. Extra too! I appreciated the knit throw blankets as well. I appreciated the washer/dryer and supplies. We washed our towels halfway thru our stay. There were a lot of rules, repeated many times in many different ways, so it made me nervous for the first few days of my stay. I swept and spot clean the floors just to make sure. The unit was a little spendy but it may have been due to the Easter holiday. Communication was good before/during/after our stay. We left something there and they shipped it to us.

The place was exactly as described — spacious, clean, and right on the beach, which made it super convenient. It easily accommodated our group of 7. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. There was plenty of parking for all our guests, and we loved how close it was to restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an awesome stay here. The beach was a 20 second walk down the alley. Area was so pretty and clean and great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Couldn’t recommend it more.

We stayed at Paul’s place over the spring break-LEGOLAND trip, family of four with two young kids. The apartment matched the description and was fully stocked. The beach toys , chairs, towels were an added bonus though it was cold when we stays and not much getting in the ocean. It’s close to the downtown and shops. We loved our stay. As other reviewer had mentioned the warping of the doors were a minor annoyance which we had to help kids close bathroom doors. Would recommend Paul’s place for anyone looking for a place in Oceanside - Carlsbad area.

Had a great stay! Everything was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. Jack was always responsive to my questions and any help I needed.

This place was the perfect spot for our group attending a wedding in Malibu. The Airbnb was well provisioned with anything you could need and comfy beds. Everything was super clean!

We had a great stay at Rob’s place. It was able to accommodate my group of 11, no problem. We ended up finding some great places to eat that were within walking distance. The host was very helpful and responsive, and their instructions regarding check in and check out were easy to follow. Thank again, Rob.

This nice manufactured home in a 55+ community deserves all the positive reviews. I'll admit, driving into the community, and through the surrounding neighborhood, I was a little concerned that it would match the expectations. It turns out that this is a stellar value! Tiniest nits to pick; it's difficult to find and various navigation systems will try to get you into the community through a gate that is locked, there's also a novelty shower fixture in the second bathroom that is finicky and had rusty water when it was first turned on--more minor than it sounds, but it is worth noting (and the shower multiple shower heads were pleasant and clean once run for a little bit). Once you find the place it's very nicely tucked away. There is zero traffic and zero thought of anyone coming through the neighborhood looking to cause trouble. The inside is exactly as pictured and is a fantastic space. I don't think the patio is pictured, but it's a nice sitting area. Highly recommended!

Staying at this Airbnb was a true delight! Linda is an exceptionally gracious host, and the space itself was immaculate. I especially appreciated the thoughtful note detailing the home and nearby attractions. The beautiful antiquities added such character, and the tranquil garden and sunroof provided a wonderfully peaceful escape. Its convenient proximity to the CalPoly campus made for easy walks, and the reliable internet allowed me to work seamlessly. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

James was very responsive and also let us check in early, we had an amazing time hanging by the pool. Everything was clean and neat our pups loved the yard so they could Rome around while we sitting by the pool. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook a meal. The house was beautiful and peaceful, lots of places to relax outside and soak up the sun. Emma was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful time at the Cozy Beach House! The area feels like a tiny beach town, just a few small shops and cafés. But, a 10-minute drive from major shops, restaurants, farmers market, and delightful marina village. We stayed with dogs, who enjoyed the fully-fenced (and paved) backyard, and lounging in the sun. We enjoyed the well-appointed, comfortable amenities, and the uncrowded beach a block away. The place is quirky, which makes it more charming, and very clean with modern appliances. (Some have called out the fire pit — it’s fussy but works with a little patience.) We plan to stay here again!

From the welcome mat message “Yay! You’re here!” to a smooth check in, Tracy and Randy’s place made a fabulous first impression. And that impression lasted throughout our entire stay. Their home was spotless and beautifully appointed. They thought of everything that you might need in the kitchen from a Keurig (with complementary pods!) to pots and silverware and glasses and servingware. There was also a wine fridge and toaster. TVs in every room where we streamed all our favorites. The beds were so comfortable! Bathrooms were beautiful with plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was perfect - close to the beach and the pier and lots of fabulous restaurants. While close to everything, it still felt like an oasis with a breathtaking rooftop view! Tracy (whose breathtaking photography is on display throughout the home) and Randy were very responsive and had great recommendations! Easy access to SLO. Highly recommend and plan to stay there again soon!!

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

This house was perfect for our family of 5. Two teens biked to the boardwalk everyday. Adults enjoyed the walk to Urth cafe. The rooftop area was perfect for sunning and we all enjoyed the pool table. We will definitely be back!

We had a beautiful 5 days at Ann’s place. We are hosts ourselves and still everything exceeded our expectations. We partied on the beach with friends but absolutely loved the 9pm quiet time. So nice not to have loud parties and beach activity disturbing our zen. We could enjoy the sunsets in peace and tranquility. We are already planning our next years trip. 5+++ stars for Anna and her family, we felt right at home!

For the last several years my wife and I have traveled to several different places using airbnb's to enjoy our vacations. This was by far the nicest, most pointed, detail oriented experience of all of our trips. This is the one you're looking for!
