Window seat for sitting, reading or lounging. Private entrance and patio connecting to a courtyard and Japanese garden. Spacious bathroom with 12 foot high tiled shower. French doors open to a private sitting area. If the days are booked in the cottage we might have an opening at, Mikes House and Garden.

Original wood-paneled walls and countless potted plants complement the gorgeous mountain views and wildlife that can be seen from the windows and private balcony. NOTE: This unit is below our home with an active toddler & across the hall from our office. It can be noisy at times. We overlook horses, so you may hear occasional neighing. If you have allergies to animals, this space may not be best for you.

The house is located just two miles outside of Julian. The house is on a hillside which has an amazing view. You can see the edge of Julian, all the way into Anza Borrego and on clear days the Salton Sea is visible from the deck. The patio is a great place to sit, sip your locally acquired adult beverage of choice and enjoy the view. Come enjoy Julian, grab a slice of apple pie and sit back and enjoy the slower side of life.
