Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in South Tyneside

Location is great, just short walk to the beach and local shops. The property is really nicely done and well thought out with everything you need plus lots of extra touches like a stair gate and even dog bowls, towels and blankets. Communication from Gary was great, it is self checkin but everything is very clear and easy, there are also lots of labels so everything was easy to find.

Really enjoyed my stay, Rosemary was very friendly and informative. Beautiful house, will be back! Thanks for everything!

The house is spacious and the garden is lovely. We stayed with two toddlers and they loved being able to play safely in the garden while we cooked in the kitchen. Rosaline was welcoming and quick to communicate. Thank you for letting us stay x

From the moment we stepped through the door of Steph’s place we felt right at home, the house was spotless and so comfortable. The decor was beautiful. It is in the ideal location to access all amenities as well as the local beaches and to collect seaglass. The communication was great and the instructions were clear. This was our second time staying here this time with a new addition little Jim 🐾 so glad it’s dog friendly, we all had a great time staying again. so clean and homely. great hot tub with a nice view of the field full of lambs. left a lovely little hamper with snacks in both times. cute little notebook where everyone writes about their stay and recommendations! if you’re staying there’s lots of walks local and a short drive away. highly recommend visiting hamsterley forest. the cross keys pub for food is delicious and dog friendly no food on mondays though! lots of dog friendly food places around. overall a great place to stay in a great location. thank you so much for letting us stay emily. we will be back again.

Excellent value for money . Lovely decor, good parking, quiet location . Spacious and immaculately clean . Well maintained private garden . . Good internet connection. Large selection of tea/coffee available, cereals, toiletries and more. Good selection of take aways restaurant and local shops within walking distance . ASDA and petrol station . Slept well . Bath and shower in large spacious bathroom. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more . Thank you so much for your hospitality Will definitely be returning

Absolutely fantastic guest house in Esh Winning. Second time we've stayed at this property and definitely will be coming back in the future. Everything you want and need is provided. It truly is a home away from home. Anthony really goes the extra mile from providing milk for your arrival (also providing oat milk for those with allergies) to bath robes, slippers and miniature bath and shower gels in the bedrooms. Bathroom is absolutely immaculate. Never seen such clean grouting in a shower, nevermind in a holiday home!! 100% would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area! Thanks Anthony

We stayed in this peaceful and spacious flat due to having renovations going on at our property which didn’t quite go to plan. The time we did spend in wylam was great, some lovely walks for our dog 🐶 😊Everything we needed and great for my son to work from 👍Would be more than happy to stay again

We had a lovely time. It was like a home from home. Emma couldn't do enough for us. The bed was really comfortable and there were plenty of enticing cafes and restaurants in Bishop Auckland.

We stayed in the Penthouse and the views across Browns Bay, Cullercoats were amazing. Everything is within walking distance and the metro to the City Centre is about a ten minute walk away. Ample parking. No complaints.

Our second visit to Kate’s place - we had such a wonderful time before so we couldn’t wait to come back and spend a longer time there! It was immaculately clean and tidy as well as warm and welcoming. Kate left us supplied with milk orange juice, tea coffee cereals etc and a lovely pack of hot cross buns + butter as a special Easter treat! Kate also put out the chairs for us to sit in the sun- it was lovely , thank you. The beds are really comfortable- we slept really well. Gordon enjoyed watching the snooker on the super large tv screen ! Thanks again Kate - we’ll be back !

Beautifully furnished apartment. Spacious rooms and great view of the bay from the lounge and bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen.

Fantastic location for a weekend with a 16month old. Spacious bedroom, good quality cot, comfortable living room, well equipped kitchen. Short walk through a nice park with a kids playground and small boating lake, to get to the large sandy beach and the start of a coastal walk. We had no car and manged this trip from London, getting a nice coastal bus to and from Sunderland to the place and a bus back from our coastal walk.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful sea views. Fantastic communication with our very welcoming host. We arrived to lots of special touches which helped us to feel at home from the start! Very comfortable accommodation. Private parking was a bonus. Would definitely book again!

We had a lovely 3-night stay in Helen's flat. It's exactly as described, warm and cosy and very convenient for local shops and restaurants and walkable to the sea front. Helen was a very helpful host and we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if visiting this lovely area.

Easter weekend at Michaels flat, absolutely stunning views out of the front windows, accommodation had everything we needed and Michael was a great host, plenty of communication leading up to our arrival and messaging during our stay mking sure all was ok. You won't be disappointed here.

Brian’s place is centrally located and just as described, everything you need for a comfortable stay, comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen / Brian was very responsive, kind and accommodating-would definitely stay again

Stayed in The Morpeth Apartment for 4 nights with a friend, using it as a base to explore Northumberland. The Apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and furnished beautifully. Deb had left annotated labels around the Apartment with instructions/tips/messages which we found very helpful. The Welcome Pack was the best we've had in an Airbnb, so recommend visitors check it out before buying supplies! The free parking space was great. Deb and Pete were very friendly and helpful. We were offered early check in and late check out as there was a day free each side of our booking. Morpeth exceeded our expectations with a selection of shops, cafes, restaurants and parks, all within a short walk of the Apartment. Highly recommend The Morpeth Apartment as a place to stay.
