We had a great stay. Everything was really clean and cosy. Location was great - only a 5-10 minute uber to the city centre. James was really responsive too. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic weekend stay in Newcastle! Christian was so friendly & accommodating for our stay, the apartment was stunning with everything we could possibly need. The bed was very comfortable and everything felt luxurious, including the robes & fancy coffee machine. Being walking distance from st James park and city centre shops & restaurants was so handy. It was perfect for our weekend as wedding guests and exploring the city, only a quick taxi from the Airport as we flew in from Bristol as well which was really convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here over a budget hotel as it had all the little extra home comforts, if I’m ever in Newcastle again I will be returning to this lovely apartment. Very convenient place to stay, literally five minutes to the shopping centre where everything is. And Sophie is always responsive and helpful from the moment I booked to the day I checked-out. Highly recommended indeed!

This was our second stay here, so we obviously like it! The location is perfect next to the beach and having a parking space is great. The back garden is a suntrap too for relaxing in. We would well recommend Grannie Annie's, down on the beach for food. We had everything we needed in the apartment and will probably be back again next year too. Thanks for another great stay 😁

I found Kay to be a helpful and responsive host. The apartment is exactly as in the photos and written description with high quality furniture and furnishings. It was easy to check in , Kay was waiting for us with the keys and parking permit and showed us around the apartment. We didn't move our car at all so the parking permit was a real boon. It was easy to walk from the apartment into the city and all of the attractions, bars and restaurants as it is downhill. We preferred to get a taxi back which were easy to find and not too expensive. I am happy to recommend Kay's apartment to others.

My partner and I had a great time staying at Debra’s place in Seaham! Exactly as described in the listing, the apartment was spotless and well presented, left us wanting for nothing. Debra was a great host, suggesting different local restaurants and points of interest. Ashoka Indian and The Lamp Room are both well worth a visit on the sea front. Thanks very much and hope to stay again soon!

Miriam is an excellent host! She was so helpful with recommendations on the local area and how to get around. Her apartment was spotless, looked just like the photos and felt so at home. She replied to messages so quickly and did all she could to help. When we come to Newcastle again Miriam and her apartment will be the first place we look for ☺️

This was a lovely stay, it was perfect size for 1-2 people on a long term stay, walking distance of Roker Park and the beachfront. It was also convenient walking to Stadium of Light. Easy access to convenient stores, large Tesco and bus stop at the end of street for those not wanting to walk.

Had a great time staying at the apartment, really nice, Anna communicated very well and helped if any help was needed. Definitely would stay here again enjoyed celebrating my 21st birthday definitely recommend staying here.

Kind, accommodating, generous host and an incredibly comfortable Airbnb. Super easy to get to Beamish on the bus from the location. Little touches from Bev like snacks or a cold Pepsi Max and water on arrival make the stay even better. Great water pressure and temperature, wonderful bed, fantastic oscillating fan, and the mini fridge was perfect. When we were struggling night 2 to get good wifi, Bev popped over with a Deco mesh extender which solved the issue.

Thank you for your great recommendations and the warm contact. I felt I was able to ask any questions. The place was very easy to find and the promenade /beach is just a very short walk away. Just around the corner. Very calm and peaceful. I enjoyed my stay, thank you again!

Stephen’s flat was the ideal place for my visit to South Shields to visit family with my 5 year old son. Not only was it perfectly located, but the flat had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It is such a warm and cosy place and the living area is so bright. We particularly loved having a TV in the bedroom aswell as the living space with all of the TV channels and for kids too! Having control of the heating temperature was amazing. The shop which is just a minute walk away was a huge bonus. We will definitely return!!

Fantastic accommodation, clean, tidy. Beds extremely comfy. Would highly recommend this residents and will definitely use again for our next visit.

Helen's place was lovely. The bed was very comfortable and the living area bright and well designed to give everything you would need for a pleasant stay. Helen's "welcome" pack provided all the basics and more. Any queries were answered straight away. I was only sorry not to have met Helen in person.

Billy and his wife were very welcoming. We had a cake baked for us and the apartment was very clean and homely.

May was a very accommodating and understanding host. We felt right at home. The serene and quiet environment was just what we needed to enjoy a very relaxing rest after toiling through Durham during the day.

Suzie and Dan were wonderful hosts. They were always responsive and took care of any of our needs as guests. The welcome book was very informative, highlighting information such as where the closest hospital and vet was- very useful. The house and cottage were beautifully decorated and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here, the surrounding grounds were amazing, and very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed here for a night with some friends for a birthday get together.. we all had a fab time and couldn’t believe how amazing the place was inside, even more amazing in person than the pictures! So much detail and space, almost feels magical I don’t think you could have the same experience in a regular hotel or home. So much effort has been made to make the place enjoyable and comfortable. Couldn’t thank Jennifer and Brian enough for welcoming us and being so friendly and helpful, overall great experience we had a fab time! We will be back Thankyou again xxx

Had a fantastic stay and Oliver was a great host. Really appreciated the little welcoming snacks after a long drive and an empty belly. Oliver kept in touch and gave us a good layout of where everything we needed was ahead of arriving. The house is beautiful inside and we were pleasantly shocked by how spacious and open it was. Each room was spotless and welcoming. Some key highlights where the large well equipped kitchen, comfy and relaxing living room space and private back garden space with the hot tub. Would stay again any time I'm in Newcastle.
