We had a great time staying at this condo. Very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. Responsive host and wonderful location! Close to the beach but also very private and relaxing. Place was clean and looked just like the photos. Would stay again!

Beautiful vacation in Siesta Keys. We had everything we needed and more. Sandra was very quick to respond to any questions and very helpful and friendly. The staff in the office were wonderful as well. The location was close to everything. We will definitely be back.

Great stay! 242 Runaway Bay has maybe the best location in highly-desirable Runaway Bay. Directly faces the beautiful bay with amazing views and the early morning sun; the best way to start your day. Katie was wonderfully accommodating and responsive in all communication. Home has many positives--clean, updated, well-equipped, comfortable and a 5-minute walk to the beach. Best pool on the Island as well. This is your go-to spot for your vacation on Anna Maria Island, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in this wonderful location, enjoy!

Great place to stay! Perfect for our annual vacation

If you are looking for place look no further. It is close to everything and the place is beautiful inside and out. The host were great at keeping me informed via text. I can’t wait to come back in the future.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

Fabulous condo! Absolutely beautiful, exactly as pictured if not better! Stunning views of the gulf from the balcony, we loved eating breakfast out there. Amazing amenities, including the beach chairs and umbrellas. The rental owner was very helpful, was great about checking in with us. Check in and check out process was very easy. We would absolutely love to stay here again.

This was a great place to stay on AMI. Very short 2 min walk to the beach was hard to beat! Inside condo was a PERFECT setup for our larger family. Full size dining table made eating in feel like home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need which was great. Large Roku tv and internet made for a fun movie night. I didn’t feel like I went without anything the whole trip. If I had any complaints it would have been all the construction and the pool not being ready yet. And honestly, for what the island went through it is completely understandable. Hammering and outside noise in the morning was sometimes a bummer but I know it’s only temporary! Did not take away from the experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great time. AC had some sort of timer that turned the temperature up every night which was inconvenient. One of us had to get up in the middle of the night to turn it down. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely book with Global again. They answered all my questions promptly before and during the trip.

Stop what you are doing and BOOK THIS PLACE!! Clean and spacious home ✔️ Fully stocked kitchen (pots, pans, glasses, condiments, spices, etc) ✔️ Tons of amenities like hot tub, fire pit, egg chairs, hibachi grill, golfing area, etc ✔️ All the beach equipment that you need (chairs, tent, snorkel, masks) ✔️ PLUS the best Host who was always quick to respond to any questions and even installed a new thermostat while we were there because the old one was messing up the temp and we like a cool 70 degrees at home ✔️ And if that wasn’t amazing enough, the host also took us on TWO BOAT TRIPS!!! All we paid for was the gas and any drinks or snacks that we wanted to bring (plus a tip since the boat tours were the highlight of the trip). Vlad knew all the best spots for private island time, snorkeling, and dolphin watching!! In all honesty I spent a fair amount of time trying to decide if I wanted to write an accurate review or gatekeep this hidden gem… I decided not to gatekeep.

Gleb’s townhouse was perfect for our family vacation. The area felt very safe and everyone was super friendly. Our young kids especially loved the community pools and splash pad. Gleb was a great host and always very responsive and helpful when needed. Will definitely look to stay again in the future when visiting the area!

Great stay. Many amenities that just make the stay so easy. Bikes, beach wagons umbrellas and chairs all in great shape. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need and some spices etc. Felt right at home. Easy trip to Beach just across the bridge!! loved it. My kids did not want to leave. These host thought of everything in our opinion.

Loved the house, it was perfect for letting our entire party stay in the same place. The rooms were big and updated and the kitchen was massive. The pool and lanai were great and allowed us to relax as the kids swam. Neighborhood was great Not a far drive from the beach and shops/restaurants as well. Lana was a perfect host, very responsive when we had questions and overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay in the suite of Cia's charming home. Its prime location offered effortless access to Sarasota Airport, beautiful beaches, I-75, shopping, and dining – we couldn’t have asked for a more convenient spot. The heated pool and serene patio, surrounded by vibrant plants and flowers, were a delightful added touch. Cia was incredibly knowledgeable about local attractions and services, including great recommendations for massage therapists. She was always quick to respond and easily reachable by text, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.

**A Little Slice of Paradise in Venice!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—from beach towels and chairs to coffee. We especially loved starting our mornings on the screened-in lanai or anywhere in the many outdoor seating options. The location is perfect—just a short drive to Venice, Nokomis, Manasota or Englewood Beaches and downtown, with great local dining and charming shops. After sunset, we’d return to the cozy living room to relax and unwind. The host was incredibly responsive and super friendly. This stay exceeded all expectations. We would definitely book again! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, sunny getawat.

This was the second time we have spent a month at Stephanie's place. Clearly, we like it a lot. The backyard amenities are amazing. The neighborhood is terrific. The one issue we had, a light that didn't work, was taken care of immediately. Stephanie came over that night to fix the problem. I would recommend this house to anyone for either a short or long-term stay. One thing I would add is that I was working from the house and the wi-fi was excellent.
