We had a wonderful stay for our family of six. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The washer and dryer (detergent provided!) were super convenient, and the dishwasher made cleanup a breeze. They also thoughtfully provided coffee, sugar, and other essentials. On top of that, the pool was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Plus, there were beach chairs and even beach toys available, making our beach trips so much easier and more enjoyable. Everything was just perfect for our needs, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Location was indeed serene and safe and not too far from Siesta Beach. We looked forward to coming back to a quiet place after hanging out at Siesta Key Village. Highly recommend, these Guest Favorites have yet to disappoint! Will definitely rebook when in Sarasota in the future.

Loved my stay at Betsy’s place. House was clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. Location was excellent. Clear check in instructions. I appreciated the extra toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, and array of seasonings that kitchen offered. Lanai was so relaxing and spacious—neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

This was our second time staying at the Fogarty Manor and it was outstanding once again! It’s a beautiful home and a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean, everything exceeded expectations. A wonderful place to stay with a family!

The house made us feel like we were at home away from home! The house had everything we would need for our week stay and made us feel comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The hot tub was a plus, didn't expect to actually use it but it was nice after the long eventful days. Alot of space outback if you want some sunshine or even some shady spots and fenced in is great for dogs and privacy! Nice neighborhood. Each beach is about a 20 minute drive. Overall, this house was a good choice for us.

This was a great vacation! The home was excellent for making meals each day, the pool was a lot of fun for the kids (heating worth it). We loved the decor and having 2 full bathrooms. The beach gear was top notch for us too! Umbrellas and comfortable chairs. We went kayaking near St Pete, awesome tour guide. We visited Anna Maria island a few times and loved the beaches. Sarasota and those beaches / activities are not too far from the home either. Sarah was very easy to communicate with and efficient. She went above and beyond as a host, she even had a treat delivered on our last night since we were celebrating a milestone anniversary. We made great memories and your family will too! Don’t hesitate - you will love this home!

We really enjoyed our stay! The outdoor space is like a private oasis. The landscaping is gorgeous and the pool and hot tub is really nice. I asked the host if they had any beach chairs at the house that we could use and they went out the next day and bought some and dropped them off for us to use with a beach bag!! They truly went above and beyond.

Valerie's place was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, and all the appliances were of high quality. Valerie was incredibly helpful, providing all the information we needed whenever we asked. It truly felt like home, and my boys especially loved the hot tub. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful stay at Sammy's home. It was absolutely perfect for our family trip. The house is located in a quiet, lovely neighborhood, offering a great sense of privacy and calm. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals comfortably. Sammy was an excellent host, super helpful and provided clear, detailed instructions that made everything easy from check-in to check-out. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped home in a great location!

Nice and safe area to walk the dog throughout our stay. The fenced in yard, fire pit and hot-tub were wonderful! Not many restaurants/bars within walking distance, but Bradenton was just over the bridge (10-15 min drive). There were several grocery stores and fast food within a 5-10 min drive. The drive to the beach was basically an easy 30 min or long 90 min drive depending on time of day due to traffic. Overall, happy with the house, amenities and location!

Joe made us feel welcome right away and they responded to everyone of our needs in a timely manner. We’ve never been there before and they helped us navigate our way to the destinations. Great for a large family with a very well equipped kitchen. There were nice sized TVs for rainy daysand quick access to all the stores we need to get to. We loved every minute and appreciated our Host being so friendly. Great for a long stay!

Kathleen thought about everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we could possibly need during our stay. The property is recently renovated so a lot of things were new. The location was great and the house is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. One thing to note is that one room has thick curtains instead of a door. It wasn’t a problem for us, but just mentioning it so people are aware. Would definitely consider booking Red Door Siesta again!

My husband and I have the same birthday and this year we decided to rent a place locally and have a (stay-cation?). Mrs Yainley let me know that it was available for an early check-in and I happened to be right around the corner when I received the message, so i decided to go check it out. I showed up and Mrs Yainley was in the house preparing a birthday surprise for us ! She felt bad that she was in the house when I got there and I felt bad that I popped in and caught her setting it up the birthday surprises!! In any case, she was so sweet to do that and it just added another special part to our birthday trip. We were very happy with the home, it was well kept, the showers are awesome, I loved the feel of the master bedroom! There's a coffee bar with a Keurig and an espresso maker which was great. The pool table kept everyone busy and having fun and it was large enough for both our families to come by on our birthday for cake and ice cream. Expectations exceeded! Thanks again!

We had a wonderful 8 days stay at this lovely home. The house was spotless, and the private garden and pool were also very clean and well-maintained. We truly felt at home and enjoyed using the pool whenever we wanted—it was so relaxing. The location was great, with beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We were able to book a 3 night stay last minute and the hosts were super easy to work with. The house was more than we needed and everything available to make our stay enjoyable. They were quick to respond and answer questions. House is super clean and location allowed us to get to the beach and away from it when needed. We had a great stay in Sarasota. Chris’ home was clean and spacious with an ideal layout. Kitchen was recently redone and opened beautifully to living area. I enjoyed having coffee by the pool in the morning. The location was convenient and just a 12 minute drive to Siesta key. Very happy with everything we got for a fair price.

Courtney went above and beyond to make our stay perfect from flexible check in to flexible check out. Her place is the perfect beach bungalow. Pristine condition and so clean! She had coffee, tea and snacks for us. She had beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella and sunscreen for us to use as well. Thank you for an amazing place, Courtney!

Our stay at Te’s was absolutely perfect. The space is exactly as described—super cozy, warm, and welcoming, with great energy throughout. It felt like a little sanctuary.
