Bright and cozy garden cottage

Sunny, clean, cozy garden cottage with private entrance in the backyard of my home, with a garden view and its own small patio. The space is small, 300 sq. ft. (microstudio), but very efficient. The studio has a sofa that converts to a full-size bed, bathroom with shower, and kitchenette. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, silverware, pots & pans, etc., so you can cook meals. It has a mini fridge, electric teakettle, coffeemaker, microwave, toaster oven, and single electric stove burner.

This is the place, studio guesthouse with style

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located guesthouse! It's just minutes from downtown Salt Lake City and only 30 minutes to most ski resorts. A skier's dream!! Great freeway access, and located in the adorable walkable neighborhood of Highland Park. It has several shops and restaurants only two or three blocks away. Our kitchen has a fridge, microwave, stove top, and coffee maker. We do not have an oven. This is the place studio is ready to make you feel right at home in Salt Lake!
